     Less than lethal fighting technology has been around since the beginning of humankind. Perhaps a caveman ancestor was the first person to slap someone, proving that we don't always have to kill each other every time there is a dispute over firewood thievery. This week there are non-lethal weapons stashed throughout the lounge, and all members are free to grab a weapon and fire away upon any threat.

     I encourage you all to sort of your beefs and squabbles with our less than lethal weaponry. Who knows, perhaps you'll make a new friend and/or realize that fighting over the last tin of caviar is more fun than threatening or dangerous, especially with such fluffy tools of war. Half life

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} One of my all time favorite game is Half Life, the story of Gordon ogt into Dark Mesa research facility to conduct a highly classified test and then all of a sudden, the unexpected happened and cost him half a life to get out of the trouble. This is a throwback post about the job that cost me same half life, just like the character Gordon in that game. They don't have mutated monster on the company, but their behaviour reminds me of these zombies and barnacles.

A Devastating Flood Struck Our Area

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Yesterday, an unexpected natural disaster hit our area. On the night of January 9, 2025, at around 8 PM, heavy rain suddenly poured down. Within just two hours, I got updates from our WhatsApp group saying the river water had risen drastically! It was so high that it overflowed into the school field. Growing up, we often experienced floods, but nothing like this—it was massive. I felt uneasy staying at home and wanted to see what was happening, so I went out around 10:30 PM to visit some places and witness the flood with my own eyes.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} How are you today? In my village there is a new play area that the government has built near the small police station and, most importantly, it is close to my daughter's tutoring place. This place was the first of its kind. It wasn't very big, but it was enough for people to walk and exercise or even for children to play at this small playground. On the day we went, employees came to cut the grass that was growing almost up to our knees. This place is quite good about taking care of the places that are helpful to the people.

Actually, I want to post a new post on ASEAN Hive every day, but my laptop battery is dead, so I can only use my laptop when there is electricity. Even though I thought about replacing my laptop battery, the city where I live is very scarce because of the political situation, and new electronics are rare in the city.

As for me, I am well and I am choosing to stay optimistic as I can. For today's blog, I am going to share with you our shared wonderful moments. I work 8 hours a day, and render over time work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays thus I don't have mich time spent with my kids.
