Today i want to share with you the crowd favorite in every occassion that I normally attend to.
Recently, i received a message from my good friend via messenger.
Well aside from saying that she missed me, she also said that she missed my banana cake, lol!
So I made this for her
This bread is the one I often bring to various of potluck parties. It's the food that people would look for, the moment that I stepped through the door.
So sometimes I teased them if they really happy to see me in the party, or maybe happy to see the banana cake with me.
What I love about this banana cake is the simplicity of the ingredients and the preparation.
The game changer is the overripe bananad. it would really make the cake moist and it gives the natural sweetness.
If i want to make it extra special, i would put some chocolate chips or just the rainbow sprinkles.
I love it when my friends would always look forward to my banana cake. That's why i really bake it with smile on my face.
They say that when you cook and bake with love, it would reflect on you pastry.
Here are the ingredients that I used:
3 boxes of ready mix banana cake
3 over ripe bananas
9 tbps of oil
3/4 cup of oil
Vanilla extract
Simples steps
1 Mash the bananas.
2 Combine with the ready mix cake and egg.
3 Then, put the oil and water.
4 Finally, drop some vanilla extract and sprinkle some chocolates.
It's a very simple steps and recipe yet it makes everybody happy and it can make the party extra ordinary.
Even my little one helps me prepare and eat hehe.
