Hello there, beautiful Asean Hiver's! It's a wonderful day to be back here again since I was away a couple of months ago, and I cannot wait to get back writing again, even though I have not been active for a couple of months because I do not have a laptop to use for writing and online jobs before.
Anyways, today I would like to share with you all our first 2024 Class Semestral Break Explore at Ayala ang Gaisano Mall here in Cagayan de Oro City. It was a Christmas lights opening at Ayala Mall, and we were excited to see again the colorful dancing Christmas lights, and the cheerful Christmas song reminds us that Christmas is coming.
Even though I am not sure if our Christmas will be merry, unlike last year when I still had a job, I am looking forward to being hired as an ESL teacher in the couple of days after my job application as an online English teacher.
Yesterday I had a fabulous day with my kids spending time eating at Gaisano Mall Food Court because they were so hungry. We had fresh lumpia, Binignit (dessert), Egg Adobo, Cake, Fried Pork, and Stewed Pork. After we had our dinner, we decided to go to Ayala Mall to watch the phenomenal dancing Christmas light and decor and presentation.
There are many people waiting for the presentation of the dancing Christmas lights because it only happens at the end of the year. Everyone is very excited, especially the kids, and when the Christmas lights are starting to dance with the Christmas song, the kids are also dancing with joy. Even the parents are happy seeing their kids.
We went back to Gaisano Mall happy and proceeded to the grocery store to buy food good for a 1-month budget, such as canned foods, meat, hotdogs, noodles, sandwiches, biscuits, milk, and many more. I make sure to do a monthly grocery to save rather than to keep buying in the market, which is far away from our place.
I also bought some art materials that I need for my ESL teaching classroom background because the company requires a colorful educational background such as alphabets, animals, numbers, etc.
The grocery is almost closing when we get finished and go to the cashier to pay, then after paying we go back home. It's almost 10 pm when we get home. It was a long day, but we had fun. It's been a long time since we did this before.

As November is about to end, mostly everyplace had a schedule of lighting the Christmas lights.
It was fun but I noticed in the neighborhood it was no longer the same.
Only few chose to have decors
You're absolutely right Christmas is unlike before but we still need to keep the spirit of Christmas.I do not have much Christmas decors in our home this year so we prefer to go to the mall and watch the fabulous Christmas decors.
