Discipline is a key component of success in any business endeavor. I understand it to mean conduct that involves being able to work towards specific goals, being able to determine what is important in the short-term and long-term and be able to work at it in the correct manner. If not for discipline, one can find oneself wandering off the goals and objectives instead focusing on less crucial endeavours or difficulties.

To be able to figure out your discipline in business, you have to know who you are, and what your goal is. This is in fact a direction for your business which when developed helps in providing the business with a direction or goal. When people do not have a vision in place, it may not be easy to practice patience and hard work in day to day management of business.

After that, what is left is to offer a map that will be followed in order to achieve a vision. This should describe in details what needs to be done in order to accomplish those objectives. A vision statement must be further divided into simpler goals and objectives that one is supposed to achieve in a given timeframe. This will remind you and keep you oriented to strive towards the vision you have in your mind.

This might entail making specific schedule for the day to devote particular period to work, creating desirable regime of work and rest, as well as employing self-discipline activities that would imply that one would be able to dedicate time for effective work.

That said, discipline is an essential component when it comes to the success of an enterprise. It entails concentration on purpose, charting how to achieve that goal, sticking to tasks, timely, being answerable and developing proper behavior patterns. Si no se tiene disciplina, uno puede encontrarse a sí mismo desviándose de las metas y objetivos en lugar de centrarse en esfuerzos o dificultades menos cruciales.

Para ser capaz de averiguar tu disciplina en los negocios, tienes que saber quién eres y cuál es tu objetivo. De hecho, se trata de una dirección para tu empresa que, cuando se desarrolla, ayuda a dotar a la empresa de una dirección o meta. Cuando la gente no tiene una visión, puede que no sea fácil practicar la paciencia y el trabajo duro en la gestión diaria del negocio.

Yo lo interpreto como un comportamiento que implica ser capaz de esforzarse siguiendo un patrón determinado, así como ser capaz de diferenciar entre los objetivos inmediatos y los futuros y, a continuación, ser capaz de abordarlos de la manera adecuada.
