Me gusta su manera de pensar, cuando se trabaja con público necesitamos saber y comprender que necesitamos una metodología para eso, porque tienes muchísima razón (al cliente le gusta que lo traten como reyes) aunque muchos clientes quizás se pasen de la raya jeje. Esperare el otro post exitos.

I like your way of thinking, when working with public we need to know and understand that we need a methodology for that, because you are so right (the customer likes to be treated like kings) although many customers may be over the line hehe. I will wait for the other successful post.
