No cabe duda de que el emprendimiento ha cobrado protagonismo de una forma considerable y significativa en las últimas décadas. Cada vez son más los que se suman a este amplio universo de proyectos y oportunidades, y es bastante común ver como muchas personas han decidido dar ese primer paso tan importante: iniciar algo propio con el cual puedas independizar tus ideas y hacerlas realidad a través de mucho esfuerzo y dedicación.
Aún así, algunos no dejan de ver la idea del emprendimiento como algo inseguro, como si se tratara de un salto al vacío en el que tenemos mucho que perder y poco que ganar. Ciertamente estamos viviendo una inestabilidad económica que quizás nos puede hacer dudar hasta de nuestras aptitudes y capacidades, pero aún y con un escenario nada alentador podemos llevar a cabo nuestro proyecto de emprendimiento que nos permita alcanzar nuestro anhelado sueño: Ser personas promotoras y ejecutoras de nuestro propio negocio o trabajo.
Entonces, ¿Es la idea de emprender un salto a lo incierto e inseguro? Todo dependerá del conocimiento y convencimiento que tengamos, en cuanto a lo que vamos a hacer y hacia donde queremos llegar. Obviamente nadie empieza un negocio pensando de antemano en el fracaso. Por eso, es esencial estar preparados para lo que deseamos desarrollar, sobre todo cuando se trata de dar el tan importante primer paso . Ese acto de valor e iniciativa desde el primer momento puede marcar el principio de un trabajo satisfactorio y exitoso.
¿Quién de nosotros no ha dado un salto en su vida? Aunque a veces suele ser una acción espontánea, existe un proceso de ejecución detrás de ellos. Antes de saltar determinamos el impulso, la fuerza y la precisión necesaria. Nuestra percepción no es de algo que nos impide seguir, sino de un obstáculo con reto y esfuerzo propio que debemos superar. Todos apuntamos a la meta de lograr un buen salto en el primer intento, así que no lo hacemos de forma apresurada o descuidada.
El proceso de emprendimiento no está alejado de lo que acabamos de ilustrar. Emprender no es una acción desmedida o temeraria y son muchas las cosas que llegamos a considerar antes de iniciar. Algo que debemos tener presente es que en cada emprendimiento hay obstáculos, ya sean al principio o en pleno plan de acción, así que más allá de ceder al temor o la frustración, somos conscientes de que eso puede pasar y de esa forma asimilamos mejor la situación.
Emprender no es un salto emocional, algo que de forma fugaz y repentina asumimos en base a un estado de ánimo. ¿Qué quiero decir con esto? Que, más allá de un salto emocional, tomamos en cuenta la razón y el motivo por el cual deseamos encaminar nuestros proyectos. En ocasiones las emociones vienen y van, pero para una persona emprendedora todo se enfoca en una meta, un objetivo en el cual es no solo pensamos en la llegada sino en el camino que debemos asumir y recorrer a fin de poder disfrutar del anhelado éxito. Un buen fundamento nos permitirá incluso sortear aquellos obstáculos que de seguro se presentarán pero que no pondrán en peligro aquello por lo que tanto estamos trabajando.
Existe una acción que también mucho de nosotros hemos hecho y es la de saltar en un mismo lugar, sin avanzar o retroceder siquiera un poco. ¿Podría esto pasarnos como personas emprendedoras? ¡Por supuesto que sí! Y es lamentable ya que son muchos los que se encuentran en esta condición. Algunos tienen una excelente idea de emprendimiento, pero no terminan de dar ese primer salto ya sea por el temor al fracaso o por la inseguridad de no saber que tan exitoso llegará a ser. Otros prefieren esperar por “el momento perfecto para actuar”, dejando pasar un tiempo valioso que luego no podrás recuperar.
Este tema me recuerda lo que en una conversación familiar surgió. Estábamos reunidos en familia, y de pronto empezamos a opinar sobre diferentes trabajos y negocios. Una de mis primas sacó el punto de cómo muchas personas han logrado sacar adelante un negocio familiar, y fue allí donde emergió la interrogante: “¿Por qué nunca pensamos en eso?” Realmente fue algo que muchos asentamos, y la sorpresa fue aún mayor cuando varios miembros de la familia reconocieron haberlo considerado como una oportunidad pero nunca le dieron el interés y la atención debida. Con esta experiencia, se podría decir que nos quedamos “saltando” en la idea y nunca dimos el salto a la acción.
La vida es un constante camino de experiencia, conocimiento y aprendizaje. En ocasiones caminamos, pero muchas veces “saltamos” a fin de no solo seguir adelante sino también para alcanzar objetivos o metas en nuestra vida. En mi opinión, pienso que el peor salto es aquel que se piensa y no se da, pero ya que hablamos de la vida y sus oportunidades, siempre existe un hoy y siempre habrá un mañana para poder dar ese salto en el mundo del emprendimiento. Como dicen por allí, actuamos “sin temor al éxito”, y nos afianzamos a la idea de ser personas productivas y emprendedoras capaces de alcanzar y hacer realidad nuestros proyectos.

There is no doubt that entrepreneurship has gained prominence in a considerable and significant way in recent decades. More and more people are joining this wide universe of projects and opportunities, and it is quite common to see how many people have decided to take that first important step: to start something of your own with which you can make your ideas independent and make them come true through a lot of effort and dedication.
Even so, some people still see the idea of entrepreneurship as something insecure, as if it were a leap into the void in which we have much to lose and little to gain. Certainly we are living an economic instability that perhaps can make us doubt even our skills and abilities, but even with a scenario nothing encouraging we can carry out our entrepreneurship project that allows us to achieve our longed dream: To be promoters and executors of our own business or work.
So, is the idea of undertaking a leap into the uncertain and insecure? Everything will depend on the knowledge and conviction we have about what we are going to do and where we want to go. Obviously nobody starts a business thinking beforehand about failure. Therefore, it is essential to be prepared for what we want to develop, especially when it comes to taking that all-important first step. That act of courage and initiative from the very first moment can mark the beginning of a satisfactory and successful work.
Who among us has not taken a leap in their life? Although sometimes it is usually a spontaneous action, there is an execution process behind them. Before jumping we determine the momentum, strength and precision required. Our perception is not of something that prevents us from following, but of an obstacle with its own challenge and effort that we must overcome. We all aim for the goal of achieving a good jump on the first attempt, so we do not do it in a hurried or careless way.
The process of entrepreneurship is not far from what we have just illustrated. Entrepreneurship is not a reckless or reckless action and there are many things that we come to consider before starting. Something we must keep in mind is that in every undertaking there are obstacles, whether at the beginning or in the middle of the action plan, so beyond giving in to fear or frustration, we are aware that this may happen and thus we assimilate the situation better.
Entrepreneurship is not an emotional leap, something that we suddenly and fleetingly take on based on a state of mind. What do I mean by this? That, beyond an emotional leap, we take into account the reason and the motive for which we wish to undertake our projects. Sometimes emotions come and go, but for an entrepreneur everything is focused on a goal, an objective in which we do not only think about the arrival but also about the path we must assume and go through in order to enjoy the desired success. A good foundation will even allow us to overcome those obstacles that will surely arise but that will not jeopardize what we are working so hard for.
There is an action that many of us have also done and that is to jump in the same place, without moving forward or backward even a little. Could this happen to us as entrepreneurs? Of course it could! And it is unfortunate because there are many who are in this condition. Some have an excellent entrepreneurial idea, but do not take that first leap either for fear of failure or the insecurity of not knowing how successful it will be. Others prefer to wait for "the perfect moment to act", letting valuable time go by that you will not be able to recover later.
This topic reminds me of a family conversation that came up. We were gathered as a family, and suddenly we began to talk about different jobs and businesses. One of my cousins brought up the point of how many people have managed to get a family business off the ground, and it was there that the question arose, "Why didn't we ever think of that?" It was really something that many of us settled on, and the surprise was even greater when several family members acknowledged having considered it as an opportunity but never gave it the interest and attention it deserved. With this experience, you could say that we were "jumping" on the idea and never took the leap into action.
Life is a constant path of experience, knowledge and learning. Sometimes we walk, but many times we "jump" in order to not only move forward but also to achieve objectives or goals in our life. In my opinion, I think that the worst leap is the one that is thought and not taken, but since we are talking about life and its opportunities, there is always today and there will always be tomorrow to take that leap in the world of entrepreneurship. As they say over there, we act "without fear of success", and we are committed to the idea of being productive and enterprising people capable of achieving and making our projects a reality.

The truth is that when we decide to undertake we literally take a big leap and in many ways "into the unknown dimension" because we cannot be certain of guaranteed success, the certainties we have are knowledge, experiences, abilities, skills and those immense motivation to take the leap.

Hola, amigo @cajiro, es cierto es momentos de unión familiar con estos temas, aunque hace mucho tiempo atrás había un dicho que se veía lo contrario. Siento que es un gran momento para que familias unidas y responsables tomen esa alternativa para salir adelante. Luego de ver personas en otros países trabajar fuerte y mandar el capital para Venezuela, es grato poder ver un avance muy bueno en su economía familiar.
