Some medical doctors or individuals who can provide the needed equipment to save life have build a personal life serving center which has helped them to build wealth for themselves.

Years back we had an emergency of a patient who had an urgent need to be in the intensive care unit (ICU) and there was none in all government hospitals in the state we have to look for a hospital owned by an individual that has an ICU section.

That is entrepreneur in medical field, mostly here in Africa general hospitals do not have what is needed to run some medical test like CT scan and other important test so individuals open private sectors where you can carry out the needed test for sick patients.

Medical entrepreneur create business by providing needed tools for medical field, most of the medical practitioners who are entrepreneurs go extra mile to study medicine and provide specialized care for patients.

For example here in my country we have private doctors who come in just few days in a week and get paid immediately for their service, some are specialized surgeon or auto gynecologist who are private workers and they get payment as soon as they finish offering their service.

Private hospitals work hard to meet up with technological advancement in order to meet with the digital transformation going on in the health system, most private health sectors has adopted blockchain technology which have helped them to be transparent, scalable and secured, all patient informations and data are transparent and secured and most private hospitals use data Analytics and some healthcare monitoring machines to improve patients care.

Another good thing about healthcare entrepreneur is the fact that it helps to build network connections for medical practitioners and this helps or personal development.

All needed qualities for an entrepreneur is also applicable for healthcare entrepreneur, patience resilience hardworking and many more are needed to be a successful healthcare entrepreneur, This will help to meet up with challenging task and impress the community and also collaboration of both doctors and nurses in a private hospital will help as well.
