First Frost on the Newstand Sketch
I'm joining the downtown December Doodle drawing challenge today, me entering for the prompt about the first frost on the Newstand. I wanted to draw something that felt really cold but also had a little spot of warmth.
The little kiosk is all covered in snow but the light is shining out nice and warm through the windows. I drew this person standing next to it in a red coat and a funny hat, reading a newspaper, which looks really cozy despite all the snow. The green fence and the dark winter trees in the background make the whole scene feel chilly, but the light on the building gives it a good feeling. It was fun to draw the snow sitting on everything
The snow and the frost is well depicted I can feel the chill thank you for your participation in this doodle challenge.I love it
