Floating Head to Gardener: My December SketchQuest Entry

Hey everyone. Guess what? I am happy to share my latest piece of pixel art with you all. I’m entering this into the SketchQuest contest for December, and the inspiration behind it is actually pretty funny.
The Inspiration: Finishing the Unfinished. So, earlier this week, I saw this finish this drawing challenge that featured a simple, unfinished floating head.

It had such a cute, pointy nose and a happy little smile that I just couldn't stop thinking about it. Instead of just finishing the sketch, I thought, I turned this into a full pixel art character for SketchQuest. And so here it is meet My Pixel Gardener. I took that floating head and gave her a whole new look. Now she’s a happy gardener in a cozy dress and a warm hat, taking care of her little potted plants. I love how her personality stayed the same from the original sketch to the pixel versio It’s amazing how a simple prompt can turn into something totally new.
