🌺 Garden Update: A Little Heartbreak and a Big Surprise!!

I’ve had quite a week in my garden..
You know, gardening is a total rollercoaster of emotions..
I have some "bad" news and some "great" news to share with you all..

💔 Let’s get the sad part over with first..
Remember how excited I was about my yellow hibiscus last week?
I couldn't wait to show you that vibrant splash of yellow beauty...

Well, I walked out to the garden today and my heart just sank..
One of the buds was lying right there on the dirt.. 😭

It never even got the chance to bloom.. 😔
I’m not sure why it happened,, but maybe a hungry bug, a gust of wind or just nature being unpredictable again..
it was honestly so devastating to see it on the ground instead of on the branch..

You can even see the empty spot where it used to be..
It seems to fall just moments before I checked it.. the cut was still fresh..
well, that's nature..

but here's the silver lining..
I’m not giving up hope yet!!
There are still a few more healthy buds clinging on tightly to the plant..

So, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll still get to boast about my beautiful yellow hibiscus very soon.. So, just stay tuned,,, again! 😆

✨ Now here's the great news.. Seeing a new pink blossom! 🌺
While the yellow hibiscus was having a rough time, another star was born!!
My pink hibiscus decided it was her time to shine.. 😁

Even though the plant is still quite short, this flower is showing off.. 😊
It bloomed perfectly,, look at it,, it's so proud, so bright and absolutely stunning..
It’s like it knew I needed a win today!!
It just goes to show that even when one thing doesn't go as planned, the garden always has a way of surprising you with something else beautiful.. 😊

but the beauty doesn't stop there.. here are more shots of my pretty flowers..

last week, I showed you 1 pink flower,, but now... the flowers are just sprouting everywhere.. the first one already withered, but the freshly bloomed ones are stealing the show, now..
My heart is so happy 😍

and lastly,, the pink and red twinnies.. 😆

They are blooming non-stop..
