It would appear I have three confirmed females and one is too small to know yet. But the three others are all forming large leaves, and responding well to the increased light. Once I see the three bigger ones start to flower I am going to swap out my metal halide bulb for the high pressure sodium kind to help increase flowering yields. But right now I think they are still in their vegetative stage and better off with the light they have for the moment. The light they have now will help them form a shorter but more dense canopy, but the high pressure sodium will encourage them to stretch. So I am waiting until they have buds before that happens, and it is important to keep an eye on their pre-flowers and wait for them to start forming into buds. Any day now they should be flipping over to flowering though. Appears it may have already started on the biggest of the bunch.

Misting them a few times a day was recommended by @futuremind and I am really glad I took his advise, my plants are doing great and I think it has something to do with the water added to the leaves. I have also introduced an foliar fertilizer at night every week or so.

I have lowered the netting a small amount, so the taller of the plants can reach. I was worried with its increased height it would fall over and damage the stem. So bringing the net down helped a lot in stabilizing the taller of the bunch.

The second tallest should be through in the netting in a day or two.

The third has some time to grow, but it seems happy as well.

And lastly the late started seed, it is quite far behind compared to the others.

Though I am happy with the overall progress, I am seeing the females form their pre-flowers and soon they will start budding on their own being a auto flowering strain.

Curious to see how large the buds will get, I feel like these plants are kind of small for a month old. But its possible they will grow a lot more coming soon.

I think the new soil is working out really well for them.

And giving them more light has helped, I was worried that they were getting too much. But now I think I have it dialed in.

For now I will wait for the buds to start forming, and then its time to change out the light bulb for a different kind that gives the flowering stage of the plant more of what it needs light wise. I am also back to adding C02 to their environment as well. Want to give these autos everything they need to grow big. I have gone really light on the fertilizer on this grow as their new soil has much of what they need. But I am still giving them plant tea and soon other things to help them get all the stuff they need to grow big and strong.
Before I close up the tent, I give them a good misting. And come back a few hours later to give them more. I have read when the humidity is kept high, they can absorb more water through the leaves. Which is the case as my tent is kept at around 60-70% humidity.

Sorry if my question sounds stupid but when you said 'confirmed females' this question came in my curious mind that how do you know they are females and not males? 🤔
Sorry for the late reply, yes as @davedickeyyall said you can see a difference in their structure.
Mine is a female, but if it was a male it would have little flower buds forming.. they look like balls.. lol But mine are female so they just have these long hairs.
Oh, I did not understand @davedickeyyall's reply. I thought he was joking. 😅
It is easy to identify based on the structure. Now, I can say that I have seen mostly male plants because all of them have flower buds. Your knowledge about plants, especially weeds, is amazing. Thank you for your response! :)
Lol.. Nobody takes me seriously
Look at their balls.. or lack thereof
Well, this is a little logical as well because generally in vegetable plants and even in papaya trees, the male and female can be identified when flowers bloom on them, but these plants are still very young. So, for the sake of knowledge, this question came to my mind. :)
I am very happy to see, the plant is growing well my friend, and the height is starting to grow big, hopefully everything is as we wish ❤️
Yeah they sure are growing now.. thanks
You're welcome friend ❤️
Damn you're gonna start flowering already.. I feel like I'm so behind lol
Damn, well hope they catch up. I started mine a good month ago so maybe yours are a little younger.
Looking forward to month 2 like you said when they really get big.
Mine broke soil on Jan 1 and 2..
What a pleasure in growing plants !!!Thanks for this post full of green.
Ah glad to share some good pictures, so true.. they are quite a happy green.
The plants look healthy and the care is very thorough. Interesting to see how you manage the lighting and nutrition very carefully and hopefully when it flowers later the results will be maximum.
Yep there is a lot that goes into the lighting and feed. It takes many grows to dial it all in, but worth it once you get it right.
Four plants, one looks like it has something missing but it's trying to grow well. Keep up the spirit, my friend💪♥️
yeah one of them is much younger than the rest, that is why it is small I think.
I'm very glad things are going great man. That lighting switch when they start flowering should really boost the yield. Waiting to see how big those buds get Keep up the good and hard work, it'll surely pay off
Thanks, yeah the light change should really be good for them.
it was a smart move
damnnnn those things shot up like a weed!
Hehe they sure do. getting big quick now.
wow. you sure treat them nice! 😉😎✌️ lookin' good!
Hah yeah I do.. thank you
Wao that's great
hah sure is.
Thanks
Nice Sir
thanks
Very nice.
Yeah I am feeling like this grow is going better than the previous recent ones.
wow, the plants don't connect, they really have flourished, I hope to see the flowers later We are planting it here in the forest because it is prohibited so that the cannabis plants are usually in the forest in planting but still given fertilizer and disguised with plants
Yeah luckily where I live I can grow them without worries.
They go super
Well the little ones @solominer, super healthy and green, you take care of them like babies jjj.
Keep showing the process for plant lovers, this growing part is l best.
