Difficult to get out of the Covid fatigue

It's very difficult to get rid of the aftermath

First of all thank you all for all the good wishes - I can say, we are out of criticality now. My daughter was the last one to go through the severe fever - now she is doing a bit better. Though this variant is less harmful, its leaving some side effects - we are feeling severe fatigue even after plenty of rest and consuming maximum liquid supplement. Called in this evening to my mother and unfortunately she also got this variant - she is facing severe headache now. Given her age, the doctor has said, it may take couple of more days for her to settle. It's almost impossible to focus on something for long time - I have got additional back pain which is not going away.

My son also reported fatigue in the morning and I thought, it would be a good idea and spend some time in the garden and get some fresh air and sunlight. Apart from that, the naturally beauty of these flowers was soothing for the eyes. Even though, I have back pain, I did some little maintenance - after sitting there and helping me for couple of hours he felt better.

I replanted one of the stem, that has grown roots. Was able to prepare a pot for that. You can probably feel, I was not feeling that fresh - but lying down does not help at all. So better to engage in some activities, that makes me feel better.

This is a new variant of all season imca - experimenting this year. We will see how it goes in 2-3 weeks.

This is the variant I have been growing since last few years - this is also all season. I did touch all the plants - doing some regular maintenance of recycling the soil.

The basil tree - it was almost dead but with little care, it has now grown nice - planning to eat it everyday morning, once it grows fully. Eating a bud of basil every day is a very ancient practice which I am going to start again.

This is another variant of all season imca that we got earlier from a nursery. They were not growing well, but the Jeevamrutha has done real magic - it has grown so much that, its hard to see its base. I had to handle it very carefully, so that not a single stem is broken. You can see the size of this variety is much bigger.

So now I have three varieties of all season imca - you learn so much from experience. Earlier I was of the impression that, there is only one variety. Need to see how they flower in summer - of course, I will experiment at my native place.

I have planted some fresh Chrysanthemums as well with the hope that, if the winter stays longer, they may flower again. The old ones are already dying. It may disappoint, but this is how we learn.

One other problem I am facing is loss of appetite - it leads to constipation. So I skipped the lunch today and instead took milk with castor oil - a very old natural practice to comfy the bowl. 5 ml of castor oil mixed to hot milk - you will not notice the oil after stir.

Then slept for a hour and half and got up and ate this - another natural product to make the bowl better.

Hopefully, everything will be normal in a day or two. Having your own garden certainly helps in these situation - bringing in lot of positive energies.

It's great you were able to garden despite feeling ill. Hope you feel better soon! It's the first time I'm seeing your rooftop and I must say, your flowers and plants are beautiful!

Is that papaya in the last photo? Sounds like you are taking good care of yourself which will give your body better chance to recover. And I'm sure gardening will help too!!! Your plants are looking healthy at least.

Yes, Papaya - in fact its in my menu every day. The Jeevamrutha is doing the magic - I am thinking to prepare it myself now so that I can use regularly.

Good news.

I"m not a fan of papaya but I try to eat it if it's fresh where I am as I know it's good for me. I think my palate has to adjust to it as I didnt' grow up with it. Mangoes, however - that's a different story!

Mangoes are coming - another 3-4 months....this is the time for the flowers.

Flower farming is a hobby of some people. You are one of them. There really is joy in that

You are doing great work with all the flowers. I can see you enjoy doing this a lot.

I saw your @sanjeevm Many blogs and noticed mostly you blogs about or related to flowers or gardening. Do you like this so much or it's your kinda passion/hobby!!

Yes, I love gardening.

That's nice. It'll help you take care:-)

You will all be healed soon. be happy. And I think gardening is really good and valuable for mental well-being. I like papaya lot.

Honestly, i was not aware about the illness...great to see you and everyone recovered and doing well....stick to the fruits diet to recover faster .....castor oil+milk this is something new to me...may be I try someday .

castor oil is the natural laxative - cheap and very effective.
