I always fail to grow succulents in my area because of very hot summers. In winters they do great but when temperature rises above 45 celcius they start dying even giving them full care.

Yeah it's too hot even for those resistant plants, here in summer also they suffered a bit, so I had to water them a bit, now just with some rain and the breeze they seem to be very happy there. Thanks!
Is there any variety which can tolerate this high temperature?
Not sure at least about succulents, maybe some... because even in some deserts there are some plants, otherwise... cactus. Or put those plants inside, in a cooler place.
