Omg the garden is looking incredible! And how good is lettuce that's home grown.. so much tastier, even if you think it's inferior to kale, a variety of nutrients from different vegetables is important... I wonder if you could blend some into your kale drink for a bit of added goodness.

It does taste fantastic and have given two more away since i wrote this post! They are just now beginning to flower...
Certainly i am blending them into the daily smoothie as you say and it doesn't taste bad at all mixed up with fruit. I must however add kale as often as possible because this is my primary source of protein.
I really only showed a little fraction of the garden in this post and look forward to showing you more.

I hate store lettuce... And cucumber. Such boring veggies unless you grow them yourself in good soil!
Damn right. 40 little cucumber plants said hello to the world yesterday and it was quite a lovely moment. Wasn't sure if the seeds from last year would work. But they did! Every single one.
