Good day everyone. How are you today? I hope everyone is doing well. It was a pleasure to share with you some of the fruit and vegetable plants at our school. We have a small vegetable garden on the side of the school which is planted with various vegetables like eggplants, lady’s fingers, banana, malabar spinach, chili, mulberries, ginger, calamansi, etc. We went to school yesterday and we visited the plants and we try also to picked the mulberry fruits. Vegetables/plants can relieve stress, especially when the plant bears fruit. As teachers, it is important that we learn how to take care of plants bearing fruits/vegetables so that one day many will reap and many people will benefit. I was with my co-teachers who picked mulberries, so much fun and engaging. In a simple things around us reliefs our stress.

The garden looks so tidy and well maintained. I really like the mulberry tree, something I've tried to grow from cuttings but with no success. There's a white variety in my local forest that I have my eye on.
