Roast Lamb is my absolute favourite but so expensive here that we only have it for special occasions, Rosemary is excellent with Lamb, and of course one needs mint sauce to go with a Lamb Roast (homemade still is best, the bottled Jellies aren't good at all).
You're hiding your skill as a chef @livinguktaiwan, making your own Focaccia!
I do love my herbs, it's about the only edible crop that the pesky monkeys don't touch.
