I always enjoy your posts, beautiful photos and viewpoint. It looks like company had a great visit. Our family enjoys roasting marshmallows too. Those sunflowers look amazing. Have you tried eating the seed kernels raw? They taste like corn!

As i mentioned in my post we have been eating the sunflower seeds raw but with their skins on. We do love to remove the skins when they are more developed and eat them this way too, but are yet to find a way to de-shell them on mass. Am wondering if you have a technique for this?
Great you are familiar with the roasting of marshmallows! So much fun and even, dare i say it, a good lesson as the perfect marshmallow takes a fair bit of patience to create.
