Things seem easy at first but can be challenging. Glad you are still very positive of your decision to start a sustainable living in the countryside. Your cassava is sprouting, yay! I wonder how long it will take for it to grow taller and start bearing fruits/root crops🤔

Yep, I am glad that I am still seeing positive future after my decision to live in the countryside. Cassava takes a long time before you can harvest, about 10-14 months. But you can cook its leaves as "Laing".
That's the good thing, no regrets :)
Oh, I thought only gabi can be cooked as laing. I am yet to try or taste cassava leaves cooked that way :)
Same here, at first, I thought gabi is the only one cooked as laing. You've got to try it, it is as good as laing na gabi.
