Looking really good man. I think you have things dialed in pretty perfectly because those seedlings are pretty perfect looking. Nodal stretch is on the money, not too much , not too little and perfect coloration. The inner nodal's will pump out hard with your topping.
Loving that workstation setup too. I've been thinking about trying to do something similar because I do the whole "strewn across the ground" thing myself.. lol
I think things are progressing much better this time around.. Hah yeah that stretch was a bit much but seems they are growing into it now. Putting my light all the way at the top of the tent made them stretch more than usual I think. But like you said topping them should bring them back into a good balance.
Hah yeah it makes all the difference.. Hope you find yourself something that works for you.
All things considered with indoor grows, stretch is overrated...
What I mean is, it doesn't impact the plant as much as many growers seem to think. (in my opinion..) By the time the plant grows into a mature size, it's common for many of the lower nodes to be cut off completely, and supports are often added in the form of nettings and tie downs/ups.
This means that it really just doesn't matter if in the beginning the seedling lopped over or stretched a little, because it just doesn't really matter much at all in the end and likely doesn't affect the flowering capacity of the plant :)
