I always try to plan Roma tomatoes, but they never give me the volume I am looking for. Cherry tomatoes I can grow without even trying though. I really wanted to get into making my own tomato sauce and salsa, but like I said, they just never grow big enough or plentiful enough. Maybe one day when I actually have the time available to dedicate to it!

We are hoping to make more with our tomatoes, a sauce sounds good. So far we have just cooked them in meals and tried to dehydrate them.
That sounds interesting. We've gotten a few from my inlaws and we use them for a lot of things. I think my favorite is probably BLT's though.
