I recently learn that there are two types of persimons, the ones that stay hard and the others that get ripes... I wonder which one is this one 🤔 :)

I am still waiting with this one, to become softer hahaha, but maybe this is the first type. I will be patient hahah (I like more the second type) 😋
So, I've check a bit an this one seems to be from the first type, the "kaki-pomme" - kaki apple as we say in French :)
I hope you'll come across the soft ones, those are my favorite too 😇

These are not the soft ones, it seems... I ate one yesterday and today another, but they are sweet, so all good :))
Yeah, the "Kaki-pomme" as we call those in France :) But if they're still sweet, nothing is lost haha !
