Lovers Point Beach, Pacific Grove - Marine Landscape - Multitopics Contest - Week 8

in Multitopics3 years ago

When I was touring around in California, American one place I can never forget visiting was Lovers Point Beach which is located between Pacific Grove and Monterey Bay I remember it being a very romantic spot with the most stunning views by day and night. Lovers Point Beach had something very unique about it which made it ever more romantic the beach was facing in a east location which was the only spot you would find like that on the West Coast where you could watch the sun rise over the water, whereas the sun would normally be setting into the ocean.

I remember my cousin talking about this romantic spot the Lovers Point Beach and he said that this was one beach we needed to visit the wives would love you forever if we took them to this romantic beach, so we booked a couple of rooms at the Lovers Point Inn Hotel in Pacific Grove and drove there to spend a weekend their, it was only a 2 hour drive from Danville Town about 110 miles away. The hotel cost us $150 US per/couple-per/night but it was worth every dime one of the most luxurious and romantic hotel, I even stayed in with five star views.

The clear crystal blue waters and the rock formation around the bay was just amazing the prefect spot for swimming, snorkeling, diving and surfing. If you were into kayaking Monterey Bay was the perfect spot to launch out from to catch all the stunning coastline views it reminded me a lot like the coastlines of Italy.

The Lovers Point Park which is over four acres in area was a great spot for family picnics and to see a bit of wildlife there are also beautiful coastline trails where you can take a walk, run, or bike ride along and the perfect spot for a photography to capture the most amazing sunrises over the ocean. This was the most romantic beach that I had seen in all my travels around California coastline no wonder they call it Lovers Point Beach.

Nice Pacific Grove and Monterey Bay photography.

Thank you @kamrunnahar it was a awesome beach 👍

Beautiful beach! I'm a beach lover through and through and this place is definitely going on my bucket list! I haven't seen much of California other than a trip to San Francisco and a short stay in San Diego, but this is my kind of beach. Thanks for sharing all those pics, I'm looking it up on the internet now, lol.

Happy to share it with you @blueeyes8960 and hope you do get there some day you will definitely not be disappointed 😊

I found what looked like the same resort you were staying at and the price was over $400 a night - I would probably have to settle for something less pricey and still make my way to the beach!

Forgot to mention it was 4 or 5 years ago when I was there and my cousin did all the bookings at some special rate at the time but I am sure you will find something suitable even if you need to pitch up a tent it's still worthwhile visiting this little paradise. Hope you get there and enjoy it 😊
