ah ok, I looked up a video and saw that I had completed the regular path with the buzzsaws but I think I had a try at Path of Pain and didn't complete it. I don't remember because it was a long time ago.

There are some speedruns where the guy completes both regular and path of pain in around 3 minutes.... insane.

when I was doing it I used the one charm that you get in the beehive portion of the game where if you stand still for a while it recharges your health. If it hadn't been for that I think there is very little chance that I would have made it through it all.
