Hello everyone!
2023 is being a peculiar year for videogames and everything that breathes around them, we have had some good releases in the first half of the year as well as some good products related to them but released in other media like TV or movies, it seems that the faith for big releases is recovering so I was thinking and researching some of the games I am looking forward to in the rest of the year.

System Shock
Another remake in a year where we've seen more System Shock games than ever before, System Shock is an old acquaintance that inspired many of the first person shooter experiences like Bioshock and even had the involvement of creator Ken Levine himself, many feel that the first game was groundbreaking in both gameplay and story.
Although the first game lost money in its development I think it's been a while for us to come back to one of the forerunners of the genre, I hope they do a worthwhile redesign and seeing what we've seen this year I'm confident enough to believe they'll get it right.

Amnesia: The Bunker
Looks to be the latest installment of the indie horror classic that was popularized thanks to youtube, although if I play these horror video games I'm not one to be looking all the time about them, this one I'm sure I'll play at some point as well as some other installments I haven't completed yet.

Final Fantasy XVI
I've never been as excited for the release of a Final Fantasy as I am for this title, it's a mix between RPG with a lot of action in between and apparently we'll see an open world again which we can explore, the story I'm thankful that each installment is different so I'll be able to get into this game free of homework.

ARK: Survival Ascended
Even though I know it's not a title as such, this remaster that includes all the games of the saga as well as its dlc and what has been added to the next gen consoles I want to buy it when I have the opportunity, although it doesn't seem like it I've been playing the original game and I'm always surprised by everything that can be done in this survival game.

Mortal Kombat 1
This one was just recently announced to be released this year and although I'm not too up on fighting games Mortal Kombat is a cultural event and even more so now that their devs seem to be making an effort to bring new things to the gameplay, I was watching some news and it looks like September is the release date for the game although as always it will come loaded with additional content that you have to buy.

Counter-Strike 2
The game that gamers have been waiting decades for and Valve knew how to wait and cook this new installment well, many knew that if they rushed out anything it would go wrong and it looks like they have everything a sequel needed and then some, new graphics, improved gameplay and new concepts that can be scaled up into new levels that take on terrorists and anti-terrorists.
Although there is an open beta where several experienced players are already testing the game I don't think this particular game has a scheduled release date yet, all that is known is that we'll see it sometime this year, let them take their time in refining everything they can.

¡Hola a todos!
2023 esta siendo un año peculiar para los videojuegos y todo lo que se respira a su alrededor, hemos tenido algunos buenos lanzamientos en la primera mitad del año asi como algunos buenos productos relacionados a ellos pero estrenados en otros medios como la television o el cine, parece que se esta recuperando la fe por los grandes lanzamientos asi que estuve pensando e investigue algunos de los juegos que espero con ansias en lo que resta del año.

System Shock
Un remake mas en un año en donde hemos visto mas juegos de este tipo que nunca, System Shock es un viejo conocido que inspiro a muchas de las experiencias en primera persona como Bioshock incluso teniendo participacion del mismo creador Ken Levine, muchos opinan que el primer juego fue innovador tanto por su jugabilidad como por su historia.
Aunque el primer juego perdio dinero en su desarrollo creo que ha pasado un buen rato para que viniesemos nuevamente a uno de los precursores del genero, espero que le hagan un rediseño que valga la pena y viendo lo que hemos visto este año tengo suficiente confianza para creer que van a dar en el clavo.

Amnesia: The Bunker
Parece ser la ultima entrega del clasico de horror indie que se popularizo gracias a youtube, aunque si juego estos videojuegos de terror no soy de estar buscando todo el tiempo sobre ellos, este estoy claro que en algun momento me lo jugare asi como algunas otras entregas que aun no he completado.

Final Fantasy XVI
Nunca estuve tan emocionado por el lanzamiento de un Final Fantasy como lo estoy con este titulo, es una mezcla entre RPG con mucha accion de por medio y al parecer veremos nuevamente un mundo abierto al cual podremos explorar, la historia doy gracias que cada entrega sea diferente por lo que voy a poder entrar a este juego libre de tarea

ARK: Survival Ascended
Aunque se que no es un titulo como tal, este remaster que incluye todos los juegos de la saga asi como sus dlc y lo que le han ido agregando a las consolas next gen quiero comprarlo cuando tenga la oportunidad, aunque no lo parezca he estado jugando bastante a la entrega original y siempre me sorprendo por todo lo que se puede hacer en este survival.

Mortal Kombat 1
Este se supo hace poco que va a estar este año lanzandose y aunque no estoy demasiado al tanto de los juegos de pelea los Mortal Kombat son un evento cultural y mas ahora que parece que sus devs se esfuerzan por traer cosas nuevas al gameplay, estuve viendo algunas noticias y parece que en septiembre se lanza el juego aunque como siempre vendra cargado de contenido adicional que hay que comprar.

Counter-Strike 2
El juego que los jugadores esperaron por decadas y que Valve supo esperar y cocinar bien esta nueva entrega, muchos sabian que si se apuraban sacando cualquier cosa iba a salir mal y parece que tienen todo lo que necesitaba una secuela y hasta mas, nuevos graficos, una jugabilidad mejorada y nuevos conceptos que se pueden escalar en nuevos niveles que enfrentan a los terroristas y anti-terroristas.
Aunque hay una beta abierta en donde varios jugadores experimentados ya estan probando el juego creo que este juego en particular no tiene una fecha de lanzamiento aun programada, todo lo que se sabe es que lo veremos en algun momento del año, que se tomen su tiempo los de valve en refinar todo lo que puedan.

Amnesia: The Bunker looks so creepy where I really liked the new look of the hero of Final Fantasy. I was surprised seeing Vin Diesel in ARK: Survival Ascended.
I don't understand why Mortal Kombat 1 is named 1 after they have all those parts behind but man, the trailer amazed me. I can't wait to try this one.
Most of these are games that I know I'll end up playing, and as someone who isn't really that big of a fan of the Final Fantasy saga, I'm incredibly excited for what this game is putting forward. I still watch the game announcement I'm still impressed by how graphically good it looks.
The Vin Diesel in ARK thing is a bit too random hahaha, but considering the amount of money they raised with the first game, we can only hope that for this second installment they can deliver a more solid game.
Yo estoy esperando mucho ese remake de System Shock y espero que salga sin ningun problema, en cuanto a otros de los que mostraste, el CS:GO 2 es otro que estoy esperando con ansias y gracias a eso volví a jugar CSGO 🤣
Yo tengo una relación amor/odio con CSGO, pero con el lanzamiento de CS 2 a la vuelta de la esquina, tengo que volver a pulir mis habilidades haha.
Este año se vienen cositas tremendas, aunque honestamente de lo que menos me ha llamado la atención ha sido el Counter Strike 2, parece más un DLC o remaster del CSGO que un juego nuevo de la saga.
Es que, de forma técnica, CS2 no es un juego nuevo. Literalmente es un update de CSGO XD. Y de igual forma, es imposible traer algo innovador para una saga como lo es Counter Strike, porque bajo esa misma lógica.. CSGO es solo un remaster de CS 1.6 :P
El FFXVI se ve brutal, leí que habían contratado al director de combate de Devil May Cry 5, pfff, eso puede ser una bestialidad a nivel de gameplay, todo lo que han enseñado se ve increíble, lo cual me hace lamentar mucho más el no tener una PS5 jajaja.
Con el MK 1 me da curiosidad ver que tan sádicos serán xd, con los gráficos actuales pueden salir escenas bastante grotescas de ese juego.
Hermano, el FFXVI me tiene es emocionado. Es increíble porque de verdad jamás he jugado mucho de la saga, solamente el Dissidia de PSP que era increíblemente caótico y tenía muchísimos efectos visuales realmente buenos.
Vamos a ver con qué salen en MK1, algo me dice que muy probablemente no serán tan detallados respecto a lo grotesco de las muertes en este juego, pero creo que solo el futuro decidirá eso.
Está siendo muy buen año para el mundo de los videojuegos, creo que hay bastante expectativa con sobretodo con juegos como ark y mortal kombat 1, aunque bien he visto mucha gente quejarse que de nuevo harán un reebot a la saga, lo cierto es que no lo veo como un reboot si no como una continuación de lo que se vio en mk11, ya que liu kag como nuevo dios de trueno y fuego se ocupará del puesto que raiden le cedió en mortal kombat 11, por otro lado hay mucha gente que espera que la cereza sobre el pastel sea algún anunció oficial o teaser de GTA 6 aunque creo que esto ya sería la locura total si llegara a pasar jajaja, un saludo amigo❗🐻🎮🚀
Hermano, olvidé totalmente lo de GTA 6. Hace meses hubieron varias screenshots y leaks de un supuesto GTA 6, lo único que no nos han dado es una fecha o algo oficial hasta ahora:(( también quise hacer mención de la 2.2 de Geometry Dash (que no es un juego como tal, pero es una actualización bastante grande luego de unos 6-7 años).
2023 parece bonito, pero con títulos como Elden Ring y GOW el año pasado, está difícil ser mejor.
