The only game, I have played using Ubisoft is Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Siege (X as new name). I cannot say much about Ubi's downfall, but I have been reading for a long time that it's time is near. The things you have provided are the clear indication of change. Let's see, how it turns out. And, indeed, the gaming trend and video games have changed a lot, if one fails to adopt to the change then the downfall is inevitable.
