I'll reveal the "secret" to creating a Policeman citizen in dCity.

Indeed, it’s not a magical process that will instantly allow you to stop all wrongdoing, but by the end of this guide, you’ll have a solid understanding of how to navigate the system and try your luck at Policing in dCity.

Step 1: Acquire a Student (Debt) Citizen

To begin, you need to get a Student (Debt) citizen. Students can be farmed through citizen farming or purchased directly from the marketplace. Specifically, you need Students who have already went through schooling and acquired debt to be paid off and complete their job placements.

I personally acquired mine through carefully planned citizen farming techniques!

If you’re new to dCity, just log in using your Hive account at dcity.io. You’ll find Students available for sale in the marketplace, with or without debt.

Step 2: Pay Off Their Student Debt

Once you have your Student citizen, the next step is to pay off their student debt. Currently, this costs 350 SIM.

To pay student debt go into the Dashboard on your City and click the Student Debt tab then select your student and load into cart then finalize payment in bottom right of menu.

Step 3: Wait for the Training to Complete

After processing the transaction, you’ll receive a new citizen. This new citizen could be one of several types, including Doctors, Tax Collectors, Politicians, or even Homeless individuals. The outcome is randomized, which adds an element of excitement to the process.

Why Train Students?

While not all Students will turn into Policeman, the training process is almost always profitable. Policeman, in particular, are highly valuable citizens in dCity due to their Tax Refund and Combine potential.

Here’s what makes Policeman special:

• Combine Potential: Policeman is used for three powerful combines that are a must have for players to dominate the leaderboard. See Luxury Street, Migration Center and Research Base.

• Let's not forget that citizen types have an effect of experiments and that gives the Policeman a higher potential for creating Super Cop when running experiments.

Policeman are just one of the potential outcomes of training Students. Other rare citizens include:

Tax Collectors: Reduce tax collection percentage by .2%(stackable). Market Ask: 300k SIM; Bid: 100k SIM.

Politicians: Offer high tax refunds but come with negative popularity.

Architects and Lawyers: High-value citizens with unique advantages.
