THE NEOXIAN CITY MINETEST BATTLE ARENA

After finding a conducive environment just within the village then the building began. First you may be wondering what the battle arena is all about, it is a battle or wrestling ground where players get to fight and win prizes for themselves. THE BUILDING

First of all placing beacons around the land and measuring the sizes. This was done in other to ensure a perfect square measurement and calculated every sides of the arena to avoid having a rectangular shape. Each battle field is a 50x50 block spaces in measurements and we have two different battle fields in one arena.

This was an idea from pravesh0 who is also a very good minetest player, a building contractors and an architect in the game at the same time.

The floor of the arena was made by bricks which is a recipe of combining four cooked stones and that resulted in using multiple furnace and fuel to make cooking faster.
The arena was fenced using iron fences that is crafted using 6 iron ingots and this also demanded a whole lot of irons thank God for the wonderful building team we worked with.

After fencing, i decided to give it some fancy spots and designs with colours that would differentiate the two warriors on the battle field. i used white and red initially but due to some reasons pravesh0 brought an ideas by dying concrete blocks to red and blue (🔴🔵) this colour represents the different fighters on both ends of the battle.
More to this, a stadium like arena was achieved, with a beautiful sitting spots this was to help players get a good elevated and conducive view of the fighters in the battle field.

FEATURES OF THE BATTLE ARENA

They are two battle grounds in the arena and the first is

The rumble Ground. A well lighted up space free from harms where players can walk freely around as they try to slay each other with their weapons.
This battle ground has no threats and looks very friendly players can easily walk around it having no worries in mind.

The second battle ground is,
The Dead Ground. As the name implies, players could just die even without being hurt by their opponents this is because the battle ground consist of various harmful and deadly threats that can wipe a player off his or her rounds if they are not careful.

This field was protected using an automated iron door that opens only when a fighter moves close to it in the arena. This battle ground consists of soul sands, that sticks the players feet to the ground reducing their ability to move fast or run.
Lava blocks that burns their feet and reduces the aspirin which is resulting to death.
Hurt plants that also hurts the players if they move too close to it.
Lava and flames on some spots of the ground that players need to avoid at all cost.
Water also in the arena could be very helpful if a fighter gets burning and most importantly,
The sticky mud in the arena. A player getting stuck in the mud sand is as good as loosing that round as he or she wouldn't be able to get out of the mud until they are killed.

GUIDELINES FOR GAME PLAY

• Firstly when nominated for the battle, the first thing a player should do is creating a respawn position on the bed which is on their colour spot before entering the battle field,
  This is to help them respawn back in the arena if they get killed by an opponent.

• Each players spots also has a unique bed, a protected and a normal chest with a crafting table which would be very useful to store up their items and also pick up some useful tools and weapons before heading down to fight.

• Try as much as possible to avoid danger spots in the arena especially the dead ground.
