Very complete article, my concerns also go in the way you pointed out, the Orwell 1 isn't a spaceship to take many hits, its advantage probably will come in the colonization so will be the weaker in this phase of the game. The happiness and the stress of the crew could be important factors to take in count for the colonization that will come after.

Absolutely - I think more than anybody else we've seen so far you'd really want to have an Escort with you when using the Orwell 1. Otherwise you won't have much time to do anything meaningful during Evacuation.
I think i'll go without that, anyways my plan was to play safe the evac since the beggining, at least if I don't get a Black Lotus in my next syndicate drop 😁.
