I think you'd like Capcut. I use it on my mobile, but I hear there's a PC version. It does a pretty good job with auto-caption. I tried it for my last video and it was pretty good. Although it was inaccurate a few times because of my accent, adjustments were pretty easy. Best thing is that it maintains video and audio quality.
