Its release date was in March 1999 and developed by Electronic Arts, this game like many is special in life as a gamer for the effects that had the vehicles one of them was to turn on and off the headlights and taillights, also the lights of changes, I think this delivery had that difference to the previous, Personally maybe these effects made the difference in this great racing game, it had improvements in graphics and sound, damage was introduced in the cars and one also added traffic in the middle of the race which this mode was quite interesting and a little complicated at the same time at the time of the race, I also played it infinite times with friends and loved ones.
