I'm here to share the story mode, where we’ll accompany Kratos in his battle against Zeus and help him finally face his destiny of revenge.

Hoy les traigo otro poco de God of War 3 el 3ro de nuestra saga de juegos de **aventuras mitologicas ** y accion desenfrenada.
Vengo a compartir con ustedes el modo historia de este en el que tendremos que acompañar a Kratos en su batalla contra Zeus y así enfrentar finalmente su destino de vanganza.

The final battle between Kratos and Zeus in God of War 3 is one of the most intense encounters in the series. It begins when Zeus tries to stop Pandora from extinguishing the Flame of Olympus, fearing it will unleash uncontrollable power. Although Zeus tries to prevent her sacrifice by holding her back, Kratos remains relentless. Thus begins the epic clash between Kratos, once the God of War, and Zeus, the almighty father of the gods.
La batalla final entre Kratos y Zeus en God of War 3 es uno de los enfrentamientos más intensos en la historia de la saga. Inicia cuando Zeus intenta detener a Pandora antes de que apague la Llama del Olimpo, sabiendo que este acto desatariá un poder incontrolable. Aunque Zeus toma a Pandora para impedir su sacrificio, Kratos no se detiene y así comienza la gran batalla entre el que en su momento fue el dios de la guerra y el padre de los dioses, el todo poderoso.
En medio de esta furia, comienza la batalla entre Kratos y Zeus, una lucha feroz en el corazón del Olimpo. Ambos desatan sus ataques más letales: Zeus con sus poderes divinos y Kratos con su brutalidad y sed de venganza. Los ataques se suceden en una demostración de poder y resentimiento acumulado.
As Kratos and Zeus battle, Pandora bravely breaks free and leaps into the flame, dispelling it. Despite Kratos's attempt to stop her, she sacrifices herself before he can reach her. Furious, Kratos opens the now-empty Pandora’s Box, interpreting it as a final cruel manipulation by the gods, showing their unrelenting control over his fate. Zeus, seeing the box empty, mocks Kratos, feeling emboldened and vindicated in his power, which fuels Kratos's wrath even further, intensifying their fierce confrontation.
Mientras estos luchan Pandora, con gran valentía, se libera y se lanza hacia la llama, disipándola, sin embargo al ver esto intentamos impedírselo ya que no queríamos que esta se sacrificará pero no logramos detenerla a tiempo, Kratos abre la Caja de Pandora, que resulta estar vacía, lo que lo enfurece aún más, ya que, para él, esto demuestra la crueldad y el control que los dioses han ejercido sobre su vida y a esto l sumamos las burlas de Zeus que temia el poder de esta y abora se sentia más poderoso.
They have another intense conversation that adds depth to the story, plunging them into another battle. However, just as it seems to be reaching its climax, the enormous titan Gaia intervenes. Still alive and seeking revenge for Kratos's betrayal, Gaia drags them both into the center of her body, creating a chaotic setting where the battle continues with even greater intensity.
Tienen otra gran conversación que le da una profundidad a la historia y se sumergen en otra batalla,pero cuando parece que está llegando a su fin, la enorme titán Gaia interviene. Aún con vida y buscando venganza por la traición de Kratos, Gaia los arrastra a ambos al centro de su cuerpo, creando un escenario caótico donde la batalla continúa con más intensidad.
Inside Gaia, Kratos faces Zeus once more, this time using Gaia's own heart as a weapon, illustrating that he has pushed his limits beyond measure. In a pivotal moment, Kratos manages to defeat Zeus, gravely wounding him with the Blade of Olympus, piercing his chest just as Zeus once did to him. As the titan also loses her life, the divine fury of the god remains unquenched, setting the stage for an even more intense climax in their conflict.
Dentro de Gaia, Kratos enfrenta a Zeus una vez más, pero esta vez utiliza el propio corazón de Gaia como recurso de combate, mostrando que sus límites ya han sido completamente superados. En un momento decisivo, Kratos logra derrotar a Zeus, hiriéndolo gravemente con la espada del Olimpo que atraviesa su pecho como una vez lo hizo con el, entre todos la titanide también pierde la vida, pero la furia divina del dios aún no se apaga.
After Gaia's death, and what seems to be a final victory, Zeus attacks Kratos in spirit form, taking him on an introspective journey into his own darkness. Kratos confronts his fears, mistakes, and regrets in a battle against himself. Ultimately, he discovers the power of hope within, returning stronger and unleashing an explosion of energy that obliterates Zeus once and for all, or at least his spirit, which is drawn back into his dying body.
Tras la muerte de Gaia y lo que parece ser la victoria final, Zeus, en forma de espíritu, ataca a Kratos, llevándolo a un viaje introspectivo hacia su propia oscuridad. Kratos se enfrenta a sus propios temores, errores y remordimientos en una batalla consigo mismo. Finalmente, al encontrar el poder de la esperanza dentro de él, Kratos regresa fortalecido, liberando una explosión de energía que destruye a Zeus de una vez por todas, o almenos a su espíritu, que regresa dentro de su cuerpo moribundo.
Now comes the moment to finish off his father. The game allows us to unleash all our rage and strike Zeus relentlessly until he finally falls. As Kratos delivers the final blows, all the evils are released back into the world, highlighting the catastrophic consequences of his vengeance. This moment not only serves as a cathartic release for Kratos but also sets the stage for the implications of his actions, reminding players of the complex themes of revenge and redemption throughout the series.
Y ahora que el momento de acabar con el padre, el juego nos permite desatar toda nuestra ira y golpear como si no hubiese un mañana a Zeus hasta que este muere finalmente y todos los males son liberados al mundo nuevamente.
With Zeus's death, Kratos breaks the cycle of vengeance and violence, paradoxically finding unexpected redemption that concludes his conflict with the gods. This transformation signifies a pivotal moment in his journey, illustrating the complex interplay between revenge and liberation. In seeking to end his suffering and the torment of others, Kratos embarks on a path toward personal growth, leaving behind the turmoil of his past actions and allowing for the possibility of peace.
Con la muerte de Zeus, Kratos rompe su ciclo de venganza y violencia, encontrando, paradójicamente, una redención inesperada que pone fin a su enfrentamiento con los dioses.
In the final scene, after defeating Zeus, Kratos engages in a profound conversation with Athena. She reveals her quest for power to aid the gods and humanity, claiming that it is hidden in the Box of Pandora as "hope." Athena attempts to reclaim it, believing it belongs to the gods, but Kratos refuses to surrender it, challenging her perspective. This dialogue underscores Kratos's ultimate independence from the gods and his rejection of their manipulation. In doing so, he releases the power within himself, restoring hope to humanity in its time of need.
En la escena final,después de derrotar a Zeus, Kratos se encuentra con Atenea en una conversación profunda y decisiva. Atenea le explica que siempre ha buscado un poder que ayude a los dioses y a la humanidad, pero que ese poder estaba oculto en la Caja de Pandora como "la esperanza". Ella intenta recuperarlo, creyendo que pertenece solo a los dioses, pero Kratos se niega a entregarlo, desafiando la visión de Atenea. Este diálogo revela la independencia final de Kratos respecto a los dioses y su rechazo a perpetuar su manipulación y finalmente pone fin a su vida o eso intenta una vez más y así libera el poder que radicaba en su interior devolviendo la esperanza a la humanidad que tanto la necesitaba.

Así llega a su fin esta tercera entrega de este gran juego. Espero que hayan disfrutado de estos fragmentos que he compartido, ya que este título merece ser reconocido como una joya de la saga. No es el mejor, pero definitivamente es uno de los más destacados. I tried only the first PC version so I don't really know these stories of God of War. I was surprised to see Kratos killing his father. I hope the game developers will give us remastered of these games soon.
Que buena saga y que buen juego. Me alegra que a día de hoy no haya envejecido nada mal, veo las capturas y me siguen pareciendo increíbles. Recuerdo cuando jugué por primera vez la batalla final contra Zeus y, como venía de haber jugado los anteriores en PS2, hizo que esa batalla se sintiese especial jaja.
This final battle looks so epic. I never played GoW 3 but based on the earlier titles I can guess how epic these encounters would have been. End of an era...right?
