The time to spend in the game is very little, just three clicks a day. I currently do 3 Saturday Headline missions per day = only 1 click per mission.
In the beginning it is better to do the short missions to reach the 100 missions and receive the free card pack.
After better the long ones that give a bigger prize;)

yeah good one...I still am doing the short missions for gain fast starbits, and overnight the music lessons for getting more fans...struggle for the fans dude! the ego always takes over
I am at level 23 and I still don't have the ego problem, as soon as I get to level 40 I will have to increase the fans and apply your tactics to increase my skill points and balance the ego.
At that point I will follow your same strategy.
