I remember last season it was about 15 players on the leaderboards with only around 8 people actively playing for the game. It was a pretty decent season and that the rewards are still juicy. I have mentioned in my previous post that the current leaderboards are spicing up. This season is becoming competitive as more players are actively playing and spending a lot of matches.
Right now, the current leaderboard rewards has amassed a total of 48 players and that is something the team should be proud of. Day by day, the player count keeps on increasing and I can't wait to see us being at 100 players to share the rewards again. It's still a long way to go with 5 days left and there's a lot of rewards to be reaped.

What Should be Done?
I think this license thing should be abolished. It is creating a barrier. The card purchases, Colony staking requirements, and the amount of time players have to spend to win rewards is something that should be enough. I'm not a dev nor the owner but I feel like this one's mainly blocking new users to enter. I mean who wants to pay $10 just to have access to the game only to spend more for the Kart and its parts, + Colony staking requirements right?
I feel like this game has a lot of potential especially how organized the NFT architecture is plus the fact that Splinterlands, being their pioneer game has been very successful in its campaign. I don't think MoonKarts belongs to top 10, it should be within top 3 imho.
What I just hope is that when new player comes, the number of players in queue will increase, and number of players in a match should not receive any lagging issues. If this will happen, I personally think we will be reaching new heights.
