After a few days grinding resource after resource, and being distracted by other things like quests and hotpot cards and other assorted things, I finally have enough materials stashed away to start building some furniture and decorating my house!
Although, in saying that, it costs quite a few resources to build the furniture I like... so... I'll need to go on several resource hunting sprees. xD
In the above screenshot, my lady is cutting down one of the magical flow trees. They spawn rarely, require several people to help cut them down, and they're the main material for a lot of the furniture I like.
So, I continued planning out my build.
I've got another courtyard sorted, all symmetrical because symmetry is king.
I am a little disappointed though because I can't fit a hallway between the two of them to join them up. So... I may need to get funky with other possible designs. Like a room on either side of them. Or something.
If you follow any of my posts, like my Minecraft adventures or whatever, you'd know that I love a good vault. Indeed, gathering materials to construct a vault of quartz was the reason behind my most recent demise!
So, naturally, a "vault" is the first room I decide to start working on. I have so many ornamental chests (as well as useful ones) stashed away in my storage so it's nice to finally whip them out and start using them.
I needed to go on an adventure to the furniture store so I could purchase some more flooring and wall plans. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money to grab them all, so I grabbed what I thought would look nice and will grab the others when I get more funding.
Money is easy to come by in this game! But it's just as easy to spend it before you realise you even have it. xD
A lot like real life. Ugh.
It's not finished yet, but after some maneuvering most things are in place. 😄
The lights in here are only found with luck via Zeki's Lucky Coins, and I would like a couple more of those... and it costs 10,000 to buy just one coin. So I'm going to need to farm up some more gold.
I'd also like some more coin piles and gems, which means farming up ore deposits to find star-quality gemstones, and making gold to buy visual piles of gold. xD
My living room so far.
I'm thinking of adding another armchair, and I need more potted plants! If you remember my old Sims posts, you'd remember that my houses are adorned with THOUSANDS OF PLANTS.
They add atmosphere, okay? 😅
And here is my kitchen... very much a work in progress.
I'm thinking I might move this to another room, so I can have more walls to work with instead of doorways. But for the time being, this is where it is! I'm still debating what floor and wall pattern I would like for this room, but for now... this is it.
My bedroom, so far! Once again, not sure on wall and floor patterns but I'll work it out. It needs a rug and a few more adornments, that's for sure.
And that's it so far!
I would like to make a plushie area, since there are sooooo many plushies in this game.
I'd also like to make a study/office type of room, maybe a little library, dining room, pretty gardenny outdoor areas... the works! xD
I'm going to see how much I can accomplish of this within a week!
Why the time limit? Why, because Last Epoch's next Cycle is coming next week and I want to indulge in that for a while! And hopefully when I come back to Palia, there'll have been a major update adding more quests and another area and other assorted things I can explore. 😁
They seem to have a record of a large-ish update once a month, usually at the end of the month, so I'm interested to see what's coming next.
Until next time! 😊✨🍄
Hey, I just started building my house. Yours is gorgeous! 🤩
Yes, for the plushies!! ✨

I've gotten quite a few ginormous ones and I have no idea where to put them - I need more little ones! 🦋🐞 Need to go on a bug catching spree and find some cute ones.
