Hello dear community of Hive Gaming, I hope you are very well, today I bring you a post about Slime Rancher, I had already brought previously, but this post I have to warn that it will be very long, because I would like to talk about all the things I did in about two three hours of gameplay, since the truth is that whenever I start a series of posts talking about the same game I always forget to take out the second part of the post, that's why I prefer to make a single post covering all the topics I want to comment and so I don't lose continuity, besides Slime Rancher is a game that I like a lot and I want to dedicate a quite extensive post to celebrate that the second installment of this small saga came out.

The game is quite basic, so I will proceed to comment my game.

Welcome to the farm.

As soon as I re-entered the game, I remembered where I had left off and what I was doing at the time.

I only had two pens, in one I had phosphorous/rock slimes and in another I had tabby/rock, as truth be told I am not a lover of having pink slimes in my pens due to the fact that they produce the least valuable plort.

To make a quick summary of slime I have to clarify that there are three types of slimes, meat-feeding, vegetable-feeding and fruit-feeding.

When fed with their correct type of food, these will release something called plort, which are diamonds that these release when fed, adding that slime can be fed with plort of another type so that this slime transforms into a large slime with the combination of type, for example.

There is the phosphorus slime, it feeds only on fruits, if you throw a plort rock that you get by feeding a rock slime, which only eat vegetables, this phosphorus slime will become a large phosphorus/rock slime, its diet will be fruits and vegetables, giving you the two types of plort.

Besides the plort also have the use that you can collect them and sell them, being your main source of income which then the money will be of much need to you to buy more pens and upgrades to the character.

Having finished this clarification, I want to continue relating what I was doing.

Previously, I had obtained a key with which I went to open the door that would unlock the jungle for me. It is a part of the map that I had not yet managed to unlock, so I went with my key to see the new things I would get in that biome.

I had to first go through where the aggressive slime were looking to hurt me, but I made it out of that place alive.

After that I had to go through a path of bridges that passed over the most, where if I fell I was going to die and therefore lose my inventory.

To then get to the door and place the key, unlocking the achievement of opening your first door.

The jungle biome has the name The Moss Blanket.

In a new biome we will get new things, like new food and new slime, like the Slime Bum that we get in this biome.

And a new fruit, called Mint Mango.

But unlocking this new biome I noticed that there was a problem with my progress, being the fact that the map wasn't unlocking for me, so I was getting lost.

I was looking on the internet why this was happening and I literally found on the internet that you have to hit some holograms that appear in the biomes and this will unlock the colors on the map.

These Holograms.

Which I love how they look, because then when I really zoom in they look like pixels as if a very detailed hologram.

It looks very good indeed, but back to the subject. When we zoom in we get this sign that says to press the E key to activate, hitting the E key will unlock the color on the map.

I did not know that this was so, so I really did not give importance to that hologram and went on my way, but I learned my lesson.

The Indigo Quarry

To continue advancing on the map, I decided to go through the caves and discovered this new biome.

In this new biome as in all we will find new slime and new food, also new fat slime, as is this one.

The fat slimes must be fed with their respective food and these will give us some objects, among which we can find the keys needed to open the doors.

In this case I did not forget to unlock the map, so it was one of the first things I did as soon as I arrived in this new biome.

When I returned to the ranch after this exploration I made a new pen with some slimes that I didn't have as are the large Bum Rad slimes, which are the combination of the bum slimes that appear in the jungle biome and the rad slimes that appear in the cave biome.

And then I went back to go exploring again to look for other slime to make more combinations, I ended up finding some ruins, these ruins have something peculiar, it is for the fact that there are different statues with different shapes making references to the types of slime that there are, there is also a giant door with different colored lights also making reference to the different types of slimes, this means that we have to put a plort of each type of slime to be able to open this huge door.

But I'll leave this for another day when I'm motivated to do this, because it's a bit late and I didn't want to do it at that time.

Already when I got back to the ranch I made a new corral with a new type of large slime, which in this case is my favorite for two reasons. This big one is the mix of honey slime and crystal slime, which are two of the coolest slime to me.

Slime Science!

As I was tired is explored I decided to see one of the most interesting things that you can get to do, that is the lime science that is done in the laboratory, a place that I unlocked to see what I can do in this place.

the first thing they show us is this hangar that was transformed into a lab to make the artifacts.

In this place we can find three machines, having each one a different use, having the warehouse where you throw the materials you are going to use, the store where you buy the plans of the artifacts you want to create and there is also the machine that with the plans and with the materials we can get to create things.

One of the first things we have to do is to place pens with slime outside the hangar, because to start with the science we need three machines that are made with plort of different slime.

I proceed to explain the order in which I will place the slime pens.

There are four plots, for which there will only be four pens, in the first one I will place pink slimes, being primordial for the fact that the pink plort is like a raw material for all the constructions.

On the other hand, there are the bum/tigrade, due to the fact that each machine needs three plort, being the pink one the main one for each one, but then there is an artifact that besides needing the pink plort will also need the tabby and the bum.

So with the others, which are the honey/phosphorus slime and the rock/rad slime, which are the pink slime.

Here's how it all turned out in the end.

After a while of organizing everything, I started to create the artifacts.

Being three

The Drill: which gives us materials relevant to the ground and earth.

The pump: which gives us materials derived from water or other liquids.

Finally the Apiary: which will give us objects having to do with jellies or beeswax.

After this we will leave the hangar and anywhere on the map we will hit the T key, thus unlocking the artifact installation view, we will look for a place where we see a symbol on the floor, referring to let us place an artifact here, we will hit the E and select the artifact we want to place.

Being that easy to place the extractors, we will just have to wait for the extraction time to end before we can collect the materials.

When I returned at eleven minutes the machines will start dancing to let us know that they have finished extracting.

Getting from all these extractors many materials that will be useful to us later.

In addition to all this, all over the map there are some pods that are like secret chests that they let us open after we have started with the whole science theme.

This is the first one that we are allowed to open, which when we open it will give us different things that among them can be objects for the creation of other artifacts.

Something to clarify is that this pod gave me a very nice diamond.

And this is where we leave the slime science theme.

Ogden's Retreat

After finishing with all this I was thinking of leaving the game over here, but then I got the notification that I had unlocked Ogden's Retreat, remembering at this point that this is a very interesting topic I wanted to show.

We will be unlocked this portal that will take us to Ogden's retreat.
Upon entering we will appear in a place on the map that nothing else we can access with this portal, being a ranch away from everything, being the ranch of Ogden, who upon arrival gives us some missions to collect a purple fruit called Kookadoba, with which we can exchange for some things.

This fruit is only available in a biome away from everything also called The Wilds.

But since picking this fruit could not be a walk in the meadow, Ogden does not tell us that there are some slime that will seek to do us harm, but they are not just any slime, they are slime descended from the ancient saber slimes, which are a reference to saber-toothed tigers only in slime version.

Unfortunately, these are not pure saber slimes, meaning they are large slime combined with the saber slimes, so as such pure saber slimes never appear, we only get the plort of this slime if we feed the large ones that want to kill us.

Another slime that also makes an appearance in this biome is the slime hunter, had the peculiarity that it becomes invisible seeing only the strip of his eyes.

Besides these new things, there was nothing else interesting, so I was looking for the fruits that Ogden had asked me, but something very funny happened to me after a while.

I explain to you, it happens that I wanted to get an exchange that was the most expensive and I spent a lot of time looking for the fruits thinking that the amount I needed was 45 fruits, as it cost me a lot to get 45 fruits of these, I did think that I could make me the most expensive exchange, but nothing further from reality.

For that exchange you needed 75 and not 45, I was very disappointed and I didn't want to continue with this retirement issue.

What I did get very useful was to have my own corral with large slime sable crystal.

After this I started to sell all the plort I had stored because I had no money, and with this I completed an achievement.

And to finish I show you how beautiful is the sky of this game.

Hola querida comunidad de Hive Gaming, espero que estén muy bien, el día de hoy les traigo un post sobre Slime Rancher, ya había traído anteriormente, pero este post tengo que avisar que será muy largo, debido a que me gustaría hablar de todas las cosas que hice en unas dos tres horas de partida, ya que la verdad siempre que comienzo una serie de post hablando sobre un mismo juego siempre se me olvida sacar la segunda parte del post, por eso prefiero hacer un solo post abarcando todos los temas que quiero comentar y así no pierdo continuidad, además que Slime Rancher es un juego que me gusta bastante y le quiero dedicar un post bastante extenso para celebrar que salió la segunda entrega de esta pequeña saga.

El juego es bastante básico, así que procederé a comentar mi partida.

Bienvenidos a la granja.

Apenas volví a entrar a la partida, recordé donde me había quedado y lo que estaba haciendo en ese momento.

Solo tenía dos corrales, en un tenía slimes fósforo/roca y en otro tenía atigrado/roca, ya que la verdad no soy amante de tener slime rosas en mis corrales debido a que producen los plort que menos valor tienen.

Para hacer un resumen rápido de los slime tengo que aclarar que existen tres tipos de slimes, los que se alimentan de carne, los que se alimentan de vegetales y los que se alimentan de frutas.

Al ser alimentados con su tipo de alimento correcto, estos soltarán algo llamado plort, que son diamantes que estos sueltan al ser alimentados, añadiendo que los slime pueden ser alimentados con plort de otro tipo para que este slime se transforme en un slime grande con la combinación de tipo, por ejemplo.

Existe el slime fósforo, se alimenta solo de frutas, si le arrojas un plort roca que se consigue alimentando a un slime roca, que solo comen vegetales, este slime fósforo pasara a ser un slime grande fósforo/roca, su dieta será de frutas y vegetales, dándote los dos tipos de plort.

Además de que los plort también tienen el uso de que los puedes recolectar y venderlos, siendo tu principal fuente de ingresos que luego el dinero te será de mucha necesidad para comprar más corrales y mejoras al personaje.

Terminada esta aclaración, quiero continuar relatando lo que estaba haciendo.

Anteriormente, había conseguido una llave con la cual me dirigí a abrir la puerta que me desbloquearía la jungla. Es una parte del mapa que aún no habiia conseguido desbloquear, así que me dirigí con mi llave a ver las nuevas cosas que conseguiría en ese bioma.

Tuve que pasar primero por donde estaban los slime agresivos que buscaban hacerme daño, pero logre salir con vida de ese lugar.

Luego de eso tuve que pasar por un camino de puentes que pasaban por encima del más, donde si me caía iba a morir y por ende perder mi inventario.

Para luego llegar a la puerta y colocar la llave, desbloqueando así el logro de abrir tu primera puerta.

El bioma de jungla tiene el nombre de Capa de Musgo.

En un nuevo bioma conseguiremos cosas nuevas, como nuevos alimentos y nuevos slime, como el Slime Bum que conseguimos en este bioma.

Y una nueva fruta, llamada Mango Menta.

Pero desbloqueando este nuevo bioma me fijo que había un problema con mi progreso, siendo el hecho de que el mapa no se me estaba desbloqueando, así que me estaba perdiendo.

Estuve buscando en internet porque pasaba esto y literalmente encontré en internet que hay que darle a unos hologramas que aparecen en los biomas y esto nos desbloqueara los colores en el mapa.

Estos Hologramas.

Que me encanta como se ven, porque luego cuando me acerco de verdad parecen píxeles como si un holograma muy detallado.

Se ve muy bien la verdad, pero volviendo al tema. Cuando nos acercamos nos aparece este cartel que dice que presionemos la tecla E para activar, al darle a la tecla E se desbloqueara el color en el mapa.

No sabía que esto era así, por lo que yo la verdad no le daba importancia a ese holograma y seguía mi camino, pero ya aprendí la lección.

Cantera Índigo

Para seguir avanzando en el mapa, decidí ir por las cuevas y descubrí este nuevo bioma.

En este nuevo bioma como en todos encontraremos nuevos slime y nuevos alimentos, también nuevos slime gordos, como lo es este.

Los slimes gordos hay que alimentarlos con su respectivo alimento y estos nos darán algunos objetos, entre los que podemos encontrar las llaves necesarias para abrir las puertas.

En este caso no se me olvido desbloquear el mapa, así que fue unas de las primeras cosas que hice apenas llegue a este nuevo bioma.

Cuando volví al rancho después de esta exploración hice un nuevo corral con unos slimes que no tenía como lo son los slimes grandes Bum Rad, que son la combinación de los slime bum que aparecen en el bioma de la jungla y los slimes rad que aparecen en el bioma de cueva.

Y luego me volví a ir de exploración otra vez para buscar otros slime para hacer más combinaciones, termine encontrado unas ruinas, estas ruinas tienen algo peculiar, es por el hecho de que hay distintas estatuas con diferentes formas haciendo referencias a los tipos de slime que hay, también hay una puerta gigante con distintas luces de colores haciendo referencia también los distintos tipos de slimes, esto quiere decir que tenemos que poner un plort de cada tipo de slime para poder abrir esta inmensa puerta.

Pero esto lo dejaré para otro día que me motive a hacer esto, debido a que es un poco tardío y no lo quise hacer en ese momento.

Ya cuando volví al rancho hice un nuevo corral con un nuevo tipo de slime grande, que en este caso es mi favorito por dos razones. Este grande es la mezcla del slime miel y el slime cristal, que son dos de los slime que más geniales se me hacen.

!Ciencia Slime¡

Como estaba cansado se explora decidí ver una de las cosas más interesantes que se pueden llegar a hacer, eso es la ciencias lime que se hace en el laboratorio, un lugar que desbloquee para ver lo que puedo hacer en este lugar.

lo primero que nos muestran es este hangar que fue transformado en un laboratorio para hacer los artefactos.

En este sitio podemos encontrar tres máquinas, teniendo cada una un uso diferente, habiendo el almacén donde lanzas los materiales que vas a usar, la tienda done compras los planos de los artefactos que quieres crear y también está la máquina que con los planos y con los materiales podemos llegar a crear las cosas.

Una de las primeras cosas que tenemos que hacer es colocar corrales con slime afuera del hangar, ya que para comenzar con la ciencia se necesitan tres máquinas que se hacen con plort de distintos slime.

Procedo a explicar el orden en que colocaré los corrales para los slime.

Hay cuatro parcelas, por los cuales solo serán cuatro corrales, en el primero coloque slimes rosas, siendo primordiales por el hecho de que el plort rosa es como una materia prima para todos las construcciones.

Por otro lado, están los bum/atigrado, por el hecho de que cada máquina necesita de tres plort, siendo el rosa principal para cada uno, pero luego hay un artefacto que además de necesitar el plort rosa también va a necesitar el atigrado y él bum.

Así con los demás, que son los slime miel/fosforo y los slime roca/rad, que

Aquí les dejo como quedo todo al final.

Luego de un rato de estar organizando todo fue que comencé a crear los artefactos.

Siendo tres

El Taladro: que nos da materiales relevantes al suelo y a la tierra.

La bomba: que nos da materiales que deriven del agua u otros líquidos.

Por último el Apiario: que nos dará objetos que tengan que ver con jaleas o cera de abejas.

Después de esto saldremos del hangar y en cualquier parte del mapa le daremos a la tecla T, desbloqueando así la vista de instalación de artefactos, buscaremos un lugar donde nos aparezca un símbolo en el piso, refiriendo a que nos deja colocar un artefacto aquí, le daremos a la E y seleccionaremos el artefacto que queremos colocar.

Siendo así de fácil colocar los extractores, solo tendremos que esperar a que el tiempo de extracción acabe para poder recolectar los materiales.

Cuando volví a los once minutos las máquinas empezaran a bailar para hacernos saber que ya terminaron de extraer.

Consiguiendo de todos estos extractores muchos materiales que nos serán útil más tarde.

Además de todo esto, en todo el mapa hay unas vainas que son como cofres secretos que nos dejan abrir luego de haber comenzado con todo el tema de la ciencia.

Este es el primero que nos permiten abrir, que cuando lo abrimos nos darán distintas cosas que entre ellas pueden ser objetos para la creación de otros artefactos.

Algo a aclarar es que esta vaina me dio un diamante muy bonito.

Y por aquí dejamos el tema de la ciencia slime.

El Retiro de Ogden

Luego de terminar con todo esto pensaba dejar la partida por aquí, pero luego me salió la notificación de que había desbloqueado el retiro de Ogden, recordando en este momento que este es un tema muy interesante que quería mostrar.

Se nos desbloqueará este portal que nos llevara al retiro de Ogden.
Al entrar apareceremos en un lugar del mapa que nada más podemos acceder con este portal, siendo un rancho apartado de todo, siendo el rancho de Ogden, quien al llegar nos da unas misiones de recolectar una fruta morada llamada Kookadoba, con la cual podremos intercambiar por unas cosas.

Esta fruta solo se consigue en un bioma apartado también de todo que se llama Lo Salvaje.

Pero como la recolección de esta fruta no podía ser un paseo por el prado, Ogden no nos dice que hay unos slime que buscaran hacernos daños, pero no son slime cualesquiera, son slime descendiente de los antiguos slimes sables, que son una referencia a los tigres dientes de sable solo que en versión slime.

Lamentablemente, no son slimes sables puros, es decir que son slime grandes combinados con los slime sable, por lo que como tal nunca aparecen los slime sables puros, solo conseguimos los plort de este slime si alimentamos a los grandes que nos quieren matar.

Otro slime que también hace aparición en este bioma es el slime cazador, tenido la peculiaridad de que se hace invisible viéndose solo la franja de sus ojos.

Además de estas cosas nuevas, no había nada más interesante, así que me dedique a buscar las frutas que me había pedido Ogden, pero me paso algo muy gracioso después de un rato.

Les explico, pasa de que yo quería conseguir un intercambio que era el más caro y yo pase mucho tiempo buscando las frutas pensando que la cantidad que necesitaba era de 45 frutas, como me costó mucho conseguir 45 frutas de estas, yo si pensé que me podía hacer el intercambio más caro, pero nada más alejado de la realidad.

Para ese intercambio se necesitaban 75 y no 45, me lleve una gran decepción y ya no quise seguir con este tema del retiro.

Lo que si conseguí muy útil fue tener mi propio corral con slime grande sable cristal.

Luego de esto me puse a vender todos los plort que tenía almacenado porque no tenía nada de dinero, y con esto complete un logro.

Y para terminar les muestro lo hermoso que es el cielo de este juego.

Sin más que añadir estaré dejando él por aquí, un post un poco más largo de lo normal, pero este juego se lo merecía.

Nos vemos luego, que creo que el próximo post será jugando un poco de albion y mis comienzos en este, espero que no sea dentro de dos semanas.
