Stadium earns you 1 ENTRY token a day (this one is actually issued by dCity so its flat rate, others are being distributed from a pool the game holds so the daily amounts vary).
Casinos earn GAMER tokens but a small city probably does not want to deal with the crime implications (if you do not have any of Mall/Bank/Casino, the crime rate is currently irrelevant).
