I myself, when I first got into the game, put it aside, I didn't like it. It was at the suggestion of a known friend that I played it again and ended up staying.
Duviri, changes the gameplay and makes it more friendly.
But if you don't like the game, that's fine. There are games for all tastes and that's great.
