Hello Everyone.

In my previous posts, I shared how Lara faced a plane crash and then had to struggle a lot in search of survivors and how she finally found Jonah. And then Lara and Jonah started their journey in search of civilizations. There we see her fighting another leopard on her way and then a flashback of her childhood. Today's mission began right after that point.

NB: This is a freaking 1 hour and 36 minutes of gameplay and I'll try to summarize it. You are welcome to watch the gameplay video that I'll attach at the end of the post. I'm new to these types of games where you need to figure out your path without any direction and solve puzzles to move ahead. And that is something that made the gameplay longer. At some point,s I had to google for the solution after I failed to solve it.

At the end of my last gameplay, I showed how I saw some soldiers of Trinity with heavy weapons and machinery. They were a lot in numbers to kill and since I did not have my guns with me, I decided not to engage with them directly. Instead, I choose stealth mode to kill them one by one and make sure the others don't notice me.

This was taken from my first attempt when I was spotted by the machine gunner on top of the Humvee and he shot me down. But I finished them off smoothly on my second trial.

This is one of those things that I noticed you about before. I needed to fire a flaming arrow at this barrier to burn it down to clear my path. But I did not have any flaming arrows nor did I know how to craft one. I tried googling and watching short YT videos but they did not help either and in the end, I had to figure out the solution from the "Key Mapping" option in the settings. You can skip from 7 minutes to 16 minutes.

After passing that barrier, we finally found a small village and there we met a nice girl named Abbi. I think she and Jonah will have some sort of chemistry in the future. Anyway, she recognised some symbols from a picture I had and gave me a hint about a temple just outside the village.

When I was on my way to the temple, a side mission mark showed up. I ignored a few signals of it but it kept pooping on top of different NPC's and I guessed it was something important. When I engaged, I learned that it was to rescue a little boy and some other workers from a digging site. It was really tough for a side mission but it helped me to be a favorite to the village people. I guess it will help me in future.

There I finally found the temple and after a little investigation, I found out that there was some code hidden behind the wall and someone had tampered with it and tried to hide the code. Lara broke the false wall and went inside.

After entering the temple I found the location of the main temple I was looking for but the enemies were already there trying to blast their way in and it was far away. First I had to travel underwater to secretly reach the first enemy camp and killed them in stealth mode.

Luckily I collected guns from dead enemies and silencers for my weapons too and these helped me to kill them quickly in stealth mode.

After this fight, there were some more small fights and finally, I found an entrance and the tunnel was scary as hell as it was filled with spikes and dead bodies.

Then I finally reached this legendary gate called the gate of the living and the dead. I needed to solve a complicated puzzle to enter through it and it took me almost 15 minutes to complete the puzzle. 15 minutes does sound a long time but I recommend you watch it and I believe you will like the process.

After passing that gate, I reached this spot and found these two relics and learned that I needed to enter through a leopard mouth entrance to reach the main temple. And luckily Jonah and Abbi said they might have already found that gate. As a local Abbi knew a lot about the place and she helped Jonah to reach the gate.

To reach there and escape the place I was currently at, I needed to travel a long way underwater. I needed to continue coming up to get oxygen and suddenly a horde of piranhas attacked me and literally ate me. I was ignoring them thinking they were normal fish. I was careful the second time and used the sea grass to hide myself while swimming.

After reaching the ground I heard two soldiers talking and it seemed they were scared of something. But I needed to move on first and I decided to kill them. I learned a new trick to silently kill enemies with surprise attack and this is what the image below shows.

Something was hunting the Trinity soldiers and they were so scared of it that they did not have any time to notice me. And that thing was moving so fast that I could not even see it properly. Luckily I was recording the gameplay and took some shots of it from the video footage.

That thing was killing most of the soldiers and when I informed Abbi about it, she told me that it was a legendary spirit of the forest which they all thought was a myth. She told me if I was telling the truth, I needed to get out of the zone as fast as I could. At the end of my route, I faced a lot of enemies and it was getting tough to fight all of them I even died the first time.

After killing the first batch of the soldiers, I climbed up to go against the others and found this. There were ripped-off body parts of soldiers everywhere and it seemed like THE FOREST HAD A BLOOD BATH.

Then I finally found Jonah and Abbi in front of the leopard-faced entrance. But just as I entered through the gate, some spears spewed from the walls and blocked the gate completely. Now, I have to travel again while Jonah and Abbi try to find another entrance.

After entering through the gate, I had to travel underwater again and first of all I needed to pass through this narrow passage and I guess you can also see the hand of a dead body stuck under the rocks. And then I had to swim a long way. This time I needed to watch out for eel fish too.

Then I reached this place with a spider marking on it but there was no way to climb up and it took me some time to figure out a way around.

The tunnel was narrow, scary and filled with some sort of sticky things. All these made the tunnel scary and disgusting at the same time.

I had to jump and catch a rock from the tunnel and then swing using ropes to finally enter the gate.

Then I finally reached the place. It looked like a thousands of years old windmill type of thing and Lara was amazed to think it survived a few thousands of years without breaking by storms and bad weather.

It took me a while to figure out how to reach that place as it was on the other side of a cliff. But when I finally reached there I realised that I needed to solve a big puzzle there and there was a huge mission waiting for me. As I was already playing for a long time it was becoming exhausting for me. I decided to end the gameplay for there.
