Swarm Mode is So Fun! League of Legends

in Hive Gaming3 months ago

Hello game lovers, today we're going to try out the new game mode Swarm in TFT, just kidding, League of Legends. Chill, this doesn't really feel like you're playing League of Legends!

You can watch the gameplay video here:

This game mode is very similar to Vampire Survivors or Halls of Torment, two popular games of recent times. These are games where bullets fly, there are a lot of explosions and you kill thousands of enemies each game. Swarm game mode is exactly the same. Maybe this is a good opportunity for @pusen to give League of Legends another chance. You play the game by moving with the W,A,S,D keys on the keyboard. You also determine your character's attack direction with the mouse. If you wish, you can activate the auto attack with the C key. Everything is quite simple.

Each time you level up, you can choose one of the 3 options on the screen that appears. Just like in other games of the genre, some of them are active abilities and some are passive abilities that make you stronger. I recommend strengthening abilities in the early game and passives in the late game, otherwise the early game can be a nightmare.

Sometimes mini bosses like this appear in the game and when you kill them you get a skill card. There is no choice, you just have to choose whatever is on the card. Sometimes these mini bosses can be killed very easily and sometimes they are very annoying. Some of them slow you down or even knock you into the air.

This wolf is one of those annoying creatures. Soldiers surround you and this wolf follows you with an area around it that deals damage. It's really annoying, as you can see I almost died and if I had died that early you probably wouldn't be watching this video lol.

Luckily there is a base on this map that regenerates in a certain amount of time and allows you to replenish your health. It's a life saver! You have to be careful though because you have to wait there for a while and during that time the creatures keep attacking you.

These exploding mines are also quite annoying, especially if you have a low movement speed, so I guess Jinx is not very strong in this mode.

As you progress through the game, you can upgrade your abilities, just like in other games, and they really make you so powerful that you can't believe it. The enhanced versions are at least 2-3 times as powerful as their normal versions. Even a 50% power increase makes a huge difference, so imagine how much those upgrades improve those abilities.

Of course, as time passes, the number and power of enemies increases. They become much more durable and if you don't keep moving, you won't survive. You have to act strategically. You can't get trapped in a corner.

If you survive until the 15th minute, you get a chance to fight against the boss of that map and the boss of the first map is Rek'Sai.

Rek'Sai starts the fight by hiding in his lair and constantly summons creatures. You need to destroy this lair to reveal him.

I must say she looks pretty scary when she appears. It will not be easy to defeat him. He has a total of 240000 health and so far I've managed to deal one third of his HP.

This was my first fight against this boss and honestly I did my best. I managed to get his health down to 15500 and I thought I could kill him.

But it didn't happen! It's not easy to dodge the abilities and creatures coming from all sides. On top of that, these abilities mix with the abilities my character uses and it's even more difficult to dodge things in a riot of colors.

I think this game mode is quite enjoyable and maybe I can share a few more videos about this game mode in the future. I have to get my revenge on Rek'Sai, right? Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed it. Have you tried this game mode? Don't forget to share your thoughts in the comments. Take care and have a gaming-oriented day!

You must be loving this game alot, I do love the camera setting though gives me a good view of what's coming

Hmm, yeah it has a nice perspective I guess. Thanks for commenting

Yahh it really does, ohh you most welcome

I didn't know that this game mode had already been released. The truth is that I don't like it visually, I feel it's weird for LoL, but I like the mechanics a lot. I'll try it tonight to see how it goes and I'll let you know if I like it. 👍

Did you like it man? I can't say I liked it at the first time but I played a few times and I like it now

I didn't like it too much, I think I have to try it some more to see if it gets me hooked.

Hmm yeah take a look man

Looks fun. Probably won't play it though. To many other things to play at the moment.

Ahh I see, let's hope that mode stays more so you might take a look :P

The massive kill though is something else, I do love the way you aim at them and the way they keep coming guess it really lives up to their standard

I don't really aim them, I just move around lol but thanks

Hahah I see thought you aim though

I love the swarm game mode. I played games like this for decades, but somehow I was not excited when Necrit talked about this game mode.

I tried it though and I am hooked by now, I think I will also recommend it to my brother who never played League

Yeah you can recommend because it's actually has nothing to do with league. This might be the only harmless mode in League of Legends. The other modes make you nervous and stressed 😂😂

Very epic game big brother. Swarm mode sounds like a wild ride. I might just try out and hopefully face Rek'Sai hehehe

Yeah I hope so bro
