Family is Everything... TFT Set 13

Greetings I hope you are well and everything is fine, after a small break I am back with a new TFT game. Today I remembered the old days and I took a look at the TFT tournament we organized in the Hive Gaming community, those were the days... I don't know if we can organize something like that again.

In this game, Powder visited us and summoned a wind-up monkey. The monkey is going to help us in 3-5. It's not always a help, but let's have a look :P


I chose Spoils of War II as the first augment, I didn't think I could do a lot of win streaks in the early game, but there was no better augment and maybe small champion duplicators would be useful.


I was going to do a losing streak in the early game but I won the 3rd fight, I hate that! I was lucky with the augment I chose because it gave me a gold in almost every fight.


The second augment I chose was Vampiric Vitality, which is an interesting augment because it allows your units to gain 12% omnivamp, as well as healing your strategist for 20% of the damage you deal to your opponent. So if I deal 20 damage to my opponent in a fight in the late game, I heal 4 HP.


I told you that the monkey doesn't always help, right? Everyone in the game took 10 damage. This is very bad news for players who started the game on a losing streak.


After Violet became 3 stars, I started a winning streak and completed the mid-game with 3 winning streaks. By the way, the Family composition is a composition where you need to make family champions 3 stars, so we play by accumulating gold until level 5 and making at least Violet and Powder 3 stars at level 5. Then at level 5, Draven and Darius join the composition. In the following levels, we continue to buff Violet by adding only Pit Fighter champions.


Normally, I should choose the Family emblem here, but since I don't have the opportunity to make 5 families, I chose Radiant Refactor. In this way, I will be able to turn Violet's Bloodthirster item into Radiant. By the way, Violet's best items are Hand of Justice, Titan's Resolve and Bloodthirster. Later in this composition you can give items to Powder, Sevika or Vi depending on your items. The best items for Vi and Sevika are the same as Violet. For Powder, you can choose Spear of Shojin, Jeweled Gauntlet and Arcangel's Staff.


Although there are 2 other people playing this composition with me, I am very lucky that I made Violet 3 stars. As you can see, I can easily beat my opponents. Violet regenerates so much health thanks to both items and augment that the only thing she needs to not die is to have an opponent in front of her.


This anomaly allows Violet to deal 36% more damage to enemies with a lower star level. I chose this anomaly because the opponents will usually be 2-stars, but a much better anomaly could have been found. An anomaly that makes her invisible every 6 seconds, for example, would be great.


Of course, there are also opponents I couldn't beat. The champions in this brawler composition have so much health that Violet's damage is not enough for them and they somehow manage to kill Violet.


I got to level 9 and managed to find a Sevika, which allowed me to activate 6 Pit Fighter. Thanks to this, these champions now deal a lot of damage. You can already see it on the damage table.


This opponent was playing a very strong automaton composition, but Violet and Sevika infiltrated the backline and finished him off. I didn't think I could beat him under normal circumstances but it was easier than I thought :P


I love Sevika, her arm can win you the game outright if you get a little lucky and it helped me win two fights in a row! That's how I finished first in the game, though Violet did the most damage.


Of course I finished the game with the dance of my new little legend Jinx!
