Astral Entities Card Spotlight - Dwarf

In celebration of the Astral Entities presale, I’ll be highlighting some of the different cards currently available. The ones shown here are the gold foils from sets, but you can get the same cards without gold foil in packs as well.

Today I’ll be showing off some of the Dwarf cards from tier 1 to tier 5.

If you have been following these posts you will have noticed a few different races of the same class featured. What I find interesting about these is that even though the classes are the same, the races give different stats to each one. For instance on the tier 1 Dwarf defender, conscript. Wit stands out as exceptionally high on this card.

As the card moves to tier 2 and becomes a spearman its other skills begin to catch up to its natural race ones.

This card, the tier 3 Dwarf priest, diviner, shows how race boosted stats can really excel. The priest already has points in Wit, so the Dwarf race pushes that even higher.

At tier 4 the Dwarf priest becomes a rockheart, The first original class for the Dwarfs in this class, and Wit again gets another boost bringing it higher than other priests would get at this tier.

Tier 5 of the Dwarf warrior shows how even in classes where a stat would normally be below, a cards race can boost that stat. The Mangler has a 7 in intelligence, but a 12 in Wit thanks to its race.
