Justin Moore was contracted for a BLOCKCHAIN game and he simply just let time keep going until there was an extreme amount of time that passed with no blockchain game. There is a time estimation of 3-5 years on this game already and it just sits there idle with no refund. Couldn't he at least start payments.

Justin has agreed to a $26,000 refund but he isn't paying anything or talking about when he is paying. His solution is just to ignore things. This is unacceptable behavior. Why can't he start paying payments?
