dCity:: The Strategy that I follow & My Plan Ahead...

Some of my friends here on the #HIVE blockchain asked this question personally as to what my strategy has been thus far in the game dcity. Well to be honest there is no straight forward answer to this and the overall strategy depends on various factors i.e. how much one is willing to invest, their goal, how long they have been in the game whether a new player or is someone who has been around for a long time. And their could be other factors as well that we need to consider while building up a strategy. In this post today, I will be talking about my experience in the game and what my strategy has been over the years. As I have been doing this for any of my dcity post here comes the introduction about the game. Ok now before I get any further it becomes imperative to know about the game which I normally emphasize as this sets the ground for the players who are new or plan to join the game.

So What is

all about? In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on NFT [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. In this game, you get to create your own city the way you like it. As a player you have an option to build your city with a variety of #NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens, technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of HIVE and #SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game & it also represent as a governance token of the game - which is quite impressive in itself. Players can also get many cards by playing and being active in the game. Currently by delegating HIVE POWER [HP] one can get the young citizen card for every 500 HP delegated. Along with a chance to winning a Influencer card and the best part is that you get #SIM token as well for delegating #HP. The Strategy that I follow - Rarity NFT cards Collection

Have a look at the above image that gives a clear indication and different values tied to my dcity. In brief I have close to::

• 36K+ NFT cards in the game
• SIM power [aka as holding SIM token] touching 34 Million
• Daily SIM earning around 65K+ SIM; that includes SIM for providing liquidity
• Most important of all I have a good amount of RARITY cards have rare print rate.

As example to this, lets consider a card from 3rd edition which is "Construction Company" have a look at it stats & check that 1% on it which shows how rare it is going to be - less the value the less print rate it is going to have.

Based on this principle I normally most of the time try to include cards with rare print and in our example above I have close to 283 such cards and have bought them at a price around 1K+ and currently its being sold for almost double the price. Have a look at the internal market price for "Construction Company" which is around 2.2K+ SIM and I just bought it all and now its being sold for around 5.4K+ SIM; hence this is just one example and an advantage of building your dcity with rarity cards or simply have a good number of these cards in your NFT collection set.

Building SIM Power aka Holding SIM

Apart from collecting rarity cards; my focus has been building #SIM Power. As we all know that SIM is the governance token of the game and apart from that it provides various benefits in the game. So coming back to my case; here is the snapshopt of my #SIM power and the daily #HIVe rewards its getting me which is close to 6 HIVE daily and all the HIVE is being powered up.

I guess this should be it for todays post on the strategy that I normally follow in dcity game which is collecting rarity cards, building #SIM power and quite obviously try balancing your dcity to get the maximum SIM rewards from it. To wrap things up, if you're someone who enjoys the art of building cities and wants to create a city according to your own vision, consider giving it a try to this amazing game #dCity, a try. It's not only entertaining to construct cities, but it also brings in income through various means.
