For all those who once had a DS we can remember how little the touch screen was used, especially at the start of the console. Many games tried to really take advantage of this and that it was not just another add-on, but that it was the star of the game, some failed, others succeeded, and today's review will focus on a game that belongs to the second group.

Bomberman Land Touch is based on a simple scoop, solving a good number of minigames using the touch screen to complete tasks in a specified time or making a minimum score to win the game. In addition, it has a simple and entertaining story mode, and a multiplayer mode, which I could not test because I played this game on my DS emulator.

I'll start by talking about adventure mode. The game will start with a scene on a ship where the different bombermans of different colors and personalities will have a conversation and will tell us about the game island to which we will go. It will be divided into 4 zones: spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs.

When we got there, we began to tour the island and we noticed several things, at the beginning we will have a help section where they will give us different advice, there will also be fences that will prevent us from passing to other sections of the island, until we do not meet a requirement in particular, it has to do with the amount of spades, diamonds, hearts or clubs that we are going to get as we win in the minigames.

Continuing with the most important thing, the different attractions, these will be achieved throughout the game, generally in the houses of the area where you are, with some being more fun and with a higher degree of difficulty, although all different and very fun. To find them all you have to explore the island well, sometimes fulfilling other tasks along the way.

We must also collect some stamps that will be distributed throughout the different areas, being very important since they will allow us to unlock objects or give us access to other areas.

During the adventure, the items also have their degree of importance, I remember the first time I entered one of the caves, everything was very dark and I could not advance, so when reviewing the menus well, there was an option to put a helmet on it. flashlight to Bomberman, immediately afterwards I had much better visibility of the cave. Like this case, there are several objects, such as other pumps other than the regular ones, that will be essential to continue.

All the control of the adventure is carried out through the touch screen, both the movement of Bomberman around the island, and when it comes to passing the minigames, and in general they are very fun, although there are always exceptions. Sometimes we will have to move delicately, since at times we have to go over a pipe and at the slightest sudden movement, we will fall and we will have to start again.

One negative thing is that the game can frustrate you, since some of the attractions were very difficult for me, I even had to ask for help, but it is not enough here, because each level you must pass 3 times. The first to obtain the heart token, for example, the second to defeat the Bomberman of another color and finally, to overcome our previous record and obtain a special token.

In addition to this, we will also find bosses in the different areas who will propose different challenges, in exchange for objects to continue the adventure. There will also be other characters disguised as pirates that we will meet in the adventure and we will need to defeat them.

As for the adventure menu, we will have the option to modify the items of our character, placing the helmet that I mentioned before, a fun clown suit or another variety of objects. Right there there will be an option where we will receive different e-mails, here the pirate characters will invite us to a duel or we will know more information about the amusement park.

In addition to the battle mode, we also have another slightly more classic game mode, for those who love the bomb fighting of the franchise, the battle mode. Here we will stop using the Nintendo DS touch screen to go back to the buttons.

We will have the option to play multiplayer connecting with other or players (option that I could not try) or you can play against the PC, the dynamics being the same as the classic game, where you must explode the block walls to discover bonuses, at the same time getting away from the flames of the explosion and defeat your opponents. Although here there is something a little different, since the battles will be like in two fields, first you must win and your side and go to the next to face "the final", but you must be fast because some blocks will fall that can kill you.

The bonus items, the time, the size of the map, the players' sides and more can be chosen before entering the game, making each game as personalized and fun as possible, making everything very enjoyable and fun.
