Cosmos Amarr Missions Winding Down.jpg

The number of missions you have remaining in high sec is starting to dwindle. One is a level three, and some level four’s remain. Some of the level 4 requirements can skyrocket. I also found the rewards to be a little lackluster for the level they were. That is assuming you even have a chance at running a mission at all.

Prefarming

If you have not already done so, head over to the Contested Amarr Crimson Keep in the Garisas system. You need to farm for 5 Blood Raider Scientists from the Blood Factories. Along with the Anema Bluechip from the Rebuilt Asteroid Station for later on.

High Reputation Missions

There are a couple of missions given by NPCs standing at the gates in Jakri. They all require overstanding of 9 with the Amarr Empire. They each also ask for different types of Sansha tags. In return, you are given a 2-run BPC of Amarr Navy faction ships.

Due to the high reputation requirements of these missions. This is not really something that can be obtained by many people. Even with all the missions you have run up until now, and the remaining level 4 missions that you can do. You will still end up far off. As myself only went from something around the Amarr Empire 7 into the low 8’s once everything was done.

Hard To Obtain

Up until now, there has only been one other mission that had items you could only have had a chance to obtain if you were the first to loot it after every server reset. While these items are not as bad as some other factions, since they require a limited drop key, you only get two of them for doing all the missions. Regardless, there tends to always be someone wanting the drops.

This, of course, at the level 4 level comes from Sheroz Amokin. As such, I don’t recommend starting this one unless you happen to have a Generator Debris from the Treasure Chamber pocket. It ended up being seven or eight waves in total.

The other is a level 3 mission from Ormon Parsik in Munory. I’ve learned that when it comes to trying to obtain these drop once daily mission items that it’s not worth trying to camp. It’s also rarely worth paying whatever silly price anyone camping them asks for. In fact, paying the people camping such items ensures they remain camped.

If you really do feel like you want to go for these items. Make sure to log in right as the servers come up for the day. Then rush through the complex Contested Amarr Bastion of Blood in Koona with a Bastion Master Key in hand.

If any luck, you won’t see anyone else there. Before burning a key that you can only get two of, which gets consumed on use that people end up selling. Open the directional scanner and do a very short range in the direction the gate in the final room is pointing. With any luck, that room has not been cleared, and there is no one else in there to fight over for The Apocryphon or Generator Debris that drops there.

Torval Kerth

Now that we have some of the missions, not worth going over into detail since most won’t be able to even obtain the standing or items required to even run them. It’s time for something a bit simpler. One of the last level 3 missions that I'm aware of in high sec that you can run. Torval Kerth can be found in Nidupad at the Carchatur Outpost. You just need to turn in Robikar’s Recommendation to get started from a prior mission that has already been covered in another post.

Torval Kerth's first real missions, fourth, and last missions are all courier missions. The heaviest object to be transported takes up only 3 m3 of space. You do need to have up to two million ISK to cover the collateral in some cases.

In the other missions, you will be facing up to battlecruisers from the second mission. The third mission is a bit easier. Just to save some time, I ended up bringing in a battlecruiser of my own to quickly finish off the kill missions. These, however, could have more then been done in the T3 Destroyer I've been using for a lot of the missions.

Kofur Karveran

Kofur Kareran.jpg

It’s now time for a level four mission. This starts in Jakri at the Caor Korduin beacon by speaking with Kofur Karveran. Thankfully, it is not that long of a mission.

Since these are level 4 missions. At some point, I ended up swapping out a battlecruiser for a battleship. As some of the missions you can run into can get a bit demanding. Requiring a lot more tank and DPS output.

Make sure to bring with you 5 Blood Raider Scientists and the Anema Bluechip that you have farmed prior from other complex sites. This helps make these go a bit quicker. As the first mission requires the scientists right away.

kofur Karveran second mission.jpg

I wish I could say the next combat mission went as quickly. It’s sadly one of those wait five minutes in between waves kind of deals. So, bringing in a battlecruiser over a battleship or smaller makes this one possible, as you do have that kind of time to kill between the waves.

At least the third mission is a complex with four rooms. The hardest room will have five battlecruisers and eight cruisers in it, among some smaller ships. In some of the smaller pockets, you get almost an entire pocket of aggression from tagging anything. Other rooms are a bit more manageable.

You are in some cases 100km away from the next gate. So, you want to have a microwarpdrive if you can fit one. With that much room between gates, you can also snipe off most of the ships in different groups before they get within hitting range.

The actual mission rewards are not so great from level 4 missions. As most of the BPCs, at least the ones I got, had very little margin and quite a high cost to create. If you are someone who enjoys salvaging after running a mission, there tends to be enough here to start doing that. The bounties were also not so bad. They get even better in harder missions.

The fourth and final mission is just turning in the Anema Bluechip. You get a standard implant as a reward. Nothing great, but some of them can go for almost 20 million ISK.

Final Thoughts

There is one mission chain left, and it’s quite a long one, at least for high sec, that can be completed. I wish there were more level 4 missions that the average person can run that did not have higher requirements. With these already requiring 6 Amarr standing, it’s already quite a high bar. After searching around a bit, they seem to be a bit light in high sec for these kinds of missions.
