Some flowers from my garden/ Algunas flores de mi jardín.

My garden is full of marigolds, roses, cayenne peppers, hydrangeas, ixoras, succulents, callas, lady's shoes, tears of Jesus, verbena, Jasmine, bridal bouquet, good afternoon, ferns, orchids; my great-grandmother's old flowers that have stood the test of time, flowers stolen along the way by a grandmother desperate to grow her garden, it is filled with the deepest love and sad despair when one fails to survive.

Mi jardín está lleno de caléndulas, rosas, cayenas, hortensias, ixoras, suculentas, cala, zapatito de dama, lágrimas de Jesús, verbena, Jasmín, bouquet de novia, buenas tardes, helechos, orquídeas; flores antiguas de mi bisabuela que han resistido al tiempo, flores robadas en el camino por una abuela desesperada por hacer crecer su jardín, está lleno del más profundo amor y el triste desespero cuando alguna no logra sobrevivir.
