Our Nintendo Switch Collection

Since 2020 happened and we have stayed way too much at home, we kinda went little bit over board with our Nintendo Switch Collection

The reason why we were able to get them all is also 2020.

While most of the wold went hyber buying mode, people in Spain started to sell their consoles and prices crashed on secondhand market. You can find normal switch easily for 200€-250€ and I have even seen 150€ price tags.

So yes, so me these are secondhand consoles and some are brand new and I personally think that good as new console is sometimes even better purchase than new if you think the resell value on longer run.

We have two Pokémon lites and it was actually pure accident. Other is brand new that we found on discount (!!) in supermarket. And just day before I made a deal from the secondhand one and it even came with Zelda Breath of the Wild & SD card. I have tried to sell the second console away, but people are not buying it as the economy has tanked here so badly. It might be that we will try in January with the brand new one if someone would take it and pay with actual money and not try to offer mobile phones or bicycles for it.

What come to the rest of the consoles they will just stay with us & I have to keep changing the used ones time to time in order to keep in good condition. Yes, we sell games & consoles as side hussle, but mainly we are a collectors and some things are going to stay with us no matter what.

And no, I do not actually use any of the special edition consoles, but I have this regular one that is my trusty work horse.

So yeah, Nintendo all the way!
