I remember this game because a friend at work had it and I thought it was one of those games you played on the Atari of the 90s, to my surprise it was just out at that time and although I could play it I was quite surprised by the difficulty of the decisions that forces you to take and how every little move affects the gameplay, but certainly my favorite part of this game is how it represents past and current dictatorships, is a great example of how bureaucracy and absolute power in a ruler can fuck a country.
