Well, after all the time Chaos Legion was in modern, I used and continue to use this summoner under two specific circumstances: first, when the ruleset applies blast to all units, and second, for attacking with units with the opportunity ability and sneak boosted by the Tusk the Wide unit with its inspire ability. It's my third favorite Chaos Legion summoner. Regards.
