Forgive Me Father 2 is the sequel of the Forgive Me Father, the game's theme is a horror combined with comic like graphics all in a fast paced combat, or it feels like you need to play it fast. In the sequel you continue the story of the Priest character fighting multiple new creatures using a multitude of weapons that also allow certain upgrades.

This was my first time playing the game, this post covers the first mission of the game. The graphics felt weird at first but after a couple of minutes and some brightness adjustments everything started to settle in and got used to it.

You start the game with a knife in a cell and as you progress through out the level you manage to get a revolver pistol and a shotgun.

The weapons feel nice and the first enemies are pretty easy to kill, headshots are 1 hit 1 kill the only way these monsters could get you is by the increased number they spawn in. There is a wave at the end of the level where I died exactly because there were too many monsters pushing me and didn't know how to fight them properly.

Let me show you a few examples of fighting them:

You can always use the barrels spawned around the map to explode them when the monsters run around them, saves ammo, saves health because you avoid being hit and also time.

The knife is also good if you are taking care to keep the exact distance between you knifing them and they hitting you back, it mostly works on monsters that hit melee attacks, a ranged one could hit you a couple of times before you reach it if you are not paying enough attention.

For the ranged ones there's always the revolver and the headshot, 1 hit and they are dead, simple and easy.

And the following GIFs are for the swarm of monsters at the end of the level.

Overall the game is pretty awesome, the combination of the theme, visuals, music and mechanics is well made, I would really recommend trying the game.

Forgot to mention that you can get the game on:

Steam at 21.24€, currently it has a -15% discount, get it here.
GOG at 21.29€, also with a -15% discount, get it here.

There are other platforms where you could probably get it cheaper from time to time, like G2A but I am not recommending it here as there's a chance you might not find a trusted seller and get scammed.

Without further prolonging, that was it for today, if you played this game before or you enjoy the gameplay leave your comments down below.

I played the first one and it was amazing. Everything felt fluid and satisfying, plus artistically it was great. I see this one is more of the same and I really like that. I'll keep an eye on it.

I need to try the first part once this one is finished :)

Are those zombies in church?, i love the graphics though and fast pace

This feels more like an asylum then a church, it's too big to be a church, I need to see further references of this place.

Oh yah thats true then get back on me with that will u
